Budget Inn

Unless you are desperate for a room, place this last on your list! The towels were stained, seedy surroundings and terrible customer service. The checkout time was 10am and when I called at 9:30am to request a noon checkout, the lady that checked us in at 3:30am (it was their last room) she said to come down to pay another nite. When I reminded her it was 3:30 am we arrived, she said, "that's not my fault!" We got another extra hour. So make sure to make reservations somewhere else.

I got a room the other day and was there only for 15 min because I had to leave. I asked the man in the office (Roger) if I will get my refund. He said if I would have paid for the room with cash he would refund me right there. But because it was debit card he said I had to talk to Pit to get refund . Its been a week I still can't reach out for Pit. I've been calling the motel every day but no answer from Pit.

No TV the first day.
They Lied to me about the problem.
I called the Satellite Company and gave them the Signal ID Numbers.
They told me as you can see from our
one Channel that does work on your TV -
the Signal is fine.

Tell Budget Inn / Ranson, WV
to pay their Bill and we will turn the TV
back on.
After a full day they finally paid up.
The place is a joke as has already
been mentioned.

Stayed there awhile ago. Absolute trash, nice owners but ROACHES. Room has a weird smell, hole in bathroom door, yellow pillows under pillow case. BUT THEY DO HAVE CURVED TELEVISIONS.

Very nice beds but too much thievery going on me and my fiancé and our child had things stolen this place is a super last resort I don’t like this motel and it’s a little expensive I’d rather pay some rent than stay here for $350 a week multiply that by 3 you will how much for a month this place sucks.

Disgusting stuffy rooms that, while are cheaper than the other hotels around town, are absolutely not worth the rate they charge. Roaches infest the room as well. The owner (Sam) is rude and i suspect extremely racist towards white people. The "housekeeping" couple do little to no work and when asked for a plunger they told us to "get it ourselves" the "maintenance" guy is always drunk before noon. Just a horrible place to stay. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

This motel, I would have to say has been by far the very best place I have stayed. Not only are the rooms set up and decorated very cozy and inviting, but there has been no problems with any of the amenities, or anything in the room. The staff,.and housekeepers are so friendly and always on top of anything you need, and the owners of this motel are the kindest and most understanding people, which you don't find very often these days at motels. Their prices beat everyone else by a longshot and so does their service and the complete atmosphere. This is a great choice for anybody whether you need a room for a night or two or whether u plan to stay longer. I have no complaints and would HIGHLY recommend that you stop at the Budget inn, and stay here next time you need a motel for any length of time. You won't be disappointed with what you spend or with the amazing service and friendliness of the staff and owners here. So, if you're looking for a room, for a night, for a week, or for however long, because it is affordable, enjoyable, and you will definitely not regret staying here. Everybody running this place are absolutely golden hearted people and you will be treated well and you will not be disappointed.. so when you're looking for a great motel with great people and great prices, look no further, go right to the budget inn! Because there's nothing but positive to say about this place!

A friend of mine was visiting and decided to stay here. When he saw roaches that night he went to management. Not only were they rude but refused to move him to another room. There was also no toilet paper. Over all the place looked clean but smelled like smoke.

The fact that they have roaches and are rude if you bring it to their attention … probably not a good place to stay.
