Red Roof Inn Charleston West - Hurricane, WV

Small room, ok shape except paint off wall from chair in room. It's a standard 2-3 star no trills hotel that allows pets, what do you expect. For the price paid it's worth it.

Just one of those mere let's get a room thing. My only real complaints :
1. No fridge in the rooms to keep a lil sumthin sumthin in
2. No in room Microwave or coffee pot
C'mon even the EconoLodge has those creature comforts.

Simple no frills hotel. Room was clean, shower was hot, bed was good to sleep in. Looks like it was recently remodeled and painted. No complaints, would stay again.

Do not stay here. They rarely clean, service is horrible, they let people they know reserve their own parking spots with hazard cones. They let people party outside of the rooms at all hours of the night and if you complain, they will just say, "yea, they do that". Horrible, and I travel for a living.

A lovely stay, we were here for the Mothman Festival in Point Pleasant WV and this Red Roof was a nice 30 minute drive away. The beds were clean and the room was nice. Very clean. Would stay again. Thank you to the staff for your good work.

Fridge was very dirty with hair in it. The room smelled really bad, like pee. We bought air freshener to use. AC barely blew. Hard pillows. But nice staff and check in was easy.

This hotel does not follow any kind of standard hygiene practices in their cleaning. The walls were filthy, the bed sheets looked like they had not been washed. There were bugs all over the room. Stay away from this hotel.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but for a stop over to get back on the road in the AM it was perfect. Rooms were clean and staff were very nice. Price was fair and better than others in the area. Pet friendly as well, which isn't always easy to find. I would definitely stay here again when driving through.
