Very clean rooms! Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast were good and there was plenty of food and options available. Honestly not really anything negative to say except the pillows were kinda flat. There were extras in the room so that helped. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed there and found the room to be very clean, without that awful "cleaning product" oder. Breakfast was very good and dining area clean. Chip at the front desk is a very pleasant host. Our whole family is planning a future stay here at the nicest motel in Elkins. 5 stars!

Positive: The front desk staff was very nice and available the entire stay. The unmonitored doors were opened via room keycard. Negative: Exhausted and this was the highest rated or would have left. Two queen beds, one had hair and makeup stains. Toilet only flushed with handle held down. Faucet ran the entire time the shower was on and you had to stand in about 5 inches of water.

For being as packed as it was, with the ac running, I slept well and heard nothing. The first day we arrived the guy that cleaned our room, did a great job. This place was accommodating and when I had to switch rooms the next morning, the front desk representative, didn't catch his name, but he brought up my keys and a cart. I was thankful for their help and their breakfast was served until 10. I like to sleep in, so this was definitely a plus.

Room was comfortable although there was a very off smell right inside the door (not so bad once inside the room). Breakfast was modest but had edible food. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was epically awful. I was in this hotel for 10 nights; of the nine times my room should have been cleaned, it went completely untouched for three of those times, and the remaining six “cleanings” were amazingly poor—bed linens never changed even once, bathroom never cleaned even once, towels replaced only a few times, a used coffee pod that had been in the coffeemaker when I arrived was never removed during my entire stay, etc. I addressed this with front desk staff on three different occasions, but things just got worse throughout my stay. When I checked out, the person at the desk told me that most of the staff had quit three weeks before and the owner apparently felt no urgency to do anything about the situation. Avoid this place!

Clean rooms. Housekeeping works hard everyday cleaning. They don't rush through the rooms. Breakfast is pretty good. Hot foods as well as breakfast meats served daily. Everyone was friendly. Convenient location for our needs.

We are from Ohio and this is our go to for a little get away! Super clean! Comfortable beds! Waffles!! Friendly staff!
