Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ripley, an IHG Hotel

We stopped in after a long day on the road. We where greeted imedeattly by the front desk. When entering the room, I noticed the room was freshly redone!!! The bedding was so soft and comfortable. The two types of pillows labeled on the pillow case "soft" and "firm" was helpful. The bathroom was very clean, and the shower was powerful. Plenty shampoo, conditioner , and body wash. Our stay was beyond pleasant and look forward to staying with you all again soon.

Very clean Holiday Inn on the overall even with the remodeling they are doing. Beds are very comfortable and my linens were soft and clean. Front desk personnel were polite and professional. When I come back down here I'll definitely be staying here again.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. A bit pricey even with Military discount. Room was very clean, roomy and quiet. Towels were thick and soft, "Dove" brand shower toiletries. Double check your door, ours did not latch close without force. Although pancake maker was not working, plenty of other hot, cold and grab 'n go options. The hostess at breakfast was also very nice and helpful. We did not visit the pool. All IHG hotels should be like this one in Ripley, WV.

Our stay there was awesome. Staff was professional, friendly and went above and beyond. Special kudos to Joanne in Breakfast area. This lady needs to be commended for her service. We stopped here on our way to North Carolina. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed again on our way back home two weeks later. The lobby and room were clean, beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The lady that runs the kitchen is very friendly and attentive. Great job.

Really surprised with the cleanliness of this hotel. No mold/mildew anywhere in bathroom. Room is beautiful and CLEAN. Very happy we picked this hotel to stay at.

My stay at this hotel was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and very easy to sleep on. The room was very clean and welcoming and easy to relax. I found the staff was very helpful and very friendly. My stay was very enjoyable and I will stay there again.

My daughter & I stayed the night before her training so she wouldn't have to drive in the wee hours to get there on time. Originally made a reservation at another local hotel. Mercedes did her research & we made a new one with Holiday Inn. SHANNON made our day with her friendly warm morning greeting. She was happy & helpful, rare in this day & age. I told her and Cathy (with a C😉) how impressed We were with her glowing personality. Truly a positive vibe & an Asset to this team! She's new, so encourage the young woman's journey in the workforce.
