5 stars or 10 stars this place is great! My husband and I were in Ft Walton for a sailboat regatta. Ft Walton Yacht Club initially told us we could park our 23ft fifth wheel on club property but when we arrived we were told differently. I googled RV parks near me and this one came up. Wayne and Lessie were so understanding and went out of their way to accommodate us. Can't say enough about how clean, quiet and centrally located this park is. We plan on returning to Ft Walton and we WILL be staying here.

We stayed for a quick weekend. The owner, Betty, is an absolute delight. The Cozy Corner RV Lot is super accommodating! The campground is nothing extremely fancy but it’s super nice .concrete for your rv and patio area. 10/10 would recommend for a cheap weekend at the beach!

This place is a perfect place to park the rig. Park is very clean and very quiet. you wont find a putt putt course or a swimming pool if that's your cup of tea. A Walmart / sams club is around the corner. The amazing white sand Beaches are 15 min away and a ton of amazing places to eat are close by. The Wi-Fi is above avg with no problems watching Netflix and the showers are very clean. space 3 is where we stayed and is perfect for backing in. Our next visit to Fort Walton will include staying here.
Note- can you make the entrance sign more visible it was a little hard to see with the shrubs.

This is a very nice small cozy Campground, clean, quiet , the owners are super friendly and helpful . The camp host Ms Betty is absolutely a gem. When we come back to work on bases we will most definitely b looking to stay here or there at their sister park forest Grove . Also a great park . Thanks guys for all u do ....

This RV park is very nice and well kept. It is also very pet friendly, every one here that I've seen has dogs. Cleanest bath houses I've seen at an RV park. Highly recommend staying here.

This is Verlyn M Martin- James. And I must say that my family and I had such a great time. The Cozy Corner Staff an owners were so nice and friendly and their Thanksgiving Invite was awesome and the food was great. Wish I could give you more than 5 stars, because you guys really deserve a big 10. We definitely will be coming back there again and again and again. This RV Park is amazing and top notch! We stayed here for 6 weeks, and absolutely loved it. The rates are phenomenal for the location, 2 minutes from groceries, 5 minutes from a bunch of restaurants, and only 10 minutes from the beach! The park itself is in super great shape, with paved roads, concrete pads, concealed central dumpster, fence around the whole park, and each pad has good locations for hookups. The park made us feel super safe with street lights, and cameras, and all residents had nice RVs and were friendly. The boathouse and laundry facility were also super nice and cleaned regularly. The owners are friendly and easy to work with. Overall this is one of our most favorite RV parks we have stayed at, and hope to come back again. The location, the cleanliness of the park, and the owners are all top notch.

Excellent park and extremely military friendly. I was fortunate enough to find this place for a 2-month stay with our 40-foot fifth wheel. Communal areas, to include bathroom and laundry area, were spotless. Great owners who definitely put in the time to make sure the park is perfect. Location is also ideal and a great bargain as it is within walking/bike distance of all the major shopping for Fort Walton Beach and only a 10 minute drive from the beaches. Highly recommend it.
