They are controlling and change the rules to suit there needs and god forbid you get sick and have to br taken care of they are nasty and rude at the main office. As well

My parents moved here in July 2017 from Northern Michigan and I’ve been here 4 times to visit! Some of my favorite and most beautiful pictures were taken here! Everyone has different flowers/bushes in their yards, the pool/dock area is very nice as well as the little walking area behind the community hall, but the people I’ve met are what makes this such a great place! Very happy they chose this location to live! These pics were taken in December 2017

Very well kept, yet older 55+ mobile home community. Pool is always clean, grounds are well kept and clean. Gate in front of community however most always gives problems.

We have been here just over a year. We really like living here. People are very friendly and there are plenty of activities going on. The majority of the yards and homes are kept nice. Only issue we have had is with parking and guest parking. We enjoy living here.

Angler's Cove have 2 houses for sale. Been trying for over a week to get an appointment to see them. Called numerous times and left messages. No call back! Obviously they don't care which makes me think if I even want to move there..

I wrote a review about a year ago. Need less to say it was not a favorable review. I would now like to let everyone know because of the efforts and long hours and hard work from the staff at CFR the issue has been resolved. I had said in my first review I loved the park and the very friendly residents. I apologize to CFR for the strong language I used. At that time I felt nothing was being done. But again thanks to Brian Altman. Kim Blondell and Cathy Cox and the manager that proceeded Cathy and all of their efforts. I cant think of a better place to live. This will be my forever home. Thank you to all of the Management at CFR
