Oscar is great I have family members that live there. It’s very well kept now. There is no loitering happening. The parking spaces have been painted. And the rules are being enforced.

Oscar is doing a great job he is very professional And is committed to maintaining the property a confortable and pleasant place to live. The pool, public bathrooms and laundry room are very clean and well kept. I want to thank Oscar for the job he is doing.

Lovely, quiet and clean trailer park. Everytime I visit it has great front gate security!
