A Garden Walk

I am giving this neighborhood a 1 star because a 0 does not allow. This neighborhood is calm and and we don't have any problems with neighbors. The management on the other hand is always being changed so you will never have a great communication overall. 2 years living here now and again not anything good can be said from the management, the neighborhood has had meetings with lakeshore management, and even then things were not changed. Some of the washing machines do not work and the dryers burn your comforters. Called the number online and said there is nothing they can do. There was a point where the staff would come banging at your door in the middle of the night to try and talk about any problems they had with each specific resident. I am talking 9-11pm when most people are trying to sleep for the next day. Not making this up, like I said we even had to hold a meeting with lakeshore management. With our personal experience we had one of the staff come up to our cars to check the tags and plates to see if they were up to date, that isn't the problem, the problem is we are private people, we pay rent for our lots and even though yes, it's not our property we have our mobile home on, we deserve privacy. This staff member not only looked into the tags and plates but actually looked inside of the cars with a flashlight. In my eyes and thankfully that of my neighbors who was able to record this incident also didn't think it's okay. Overall poor management and service always only looking for rent to be paid and nothing else do they care about.

If you have a criminal background come in this is the perfect place. A place where you can leave your dogs loose and kill everything around specially cats. A place where people with criminal backgrounds do whatever they want. Nice and beautiful pool where you can see feces flooding on the water where you can also see people shooting heroin. A place where every year your lot goes up but they don’t fix anything around the area. What a wonderful place. Please move in soon. You will have a great experience.

I went to pick up an aplicación there and the manager was horrible bad attitude a white Spanish lady it looks like they care about bringing client to the community, the other thing is that they never answered my calls been calling for so many times and no answered, she told me today that she did not have 5 hands to get the phone great answer lol I heard that the previous managers were fired for the same reason but this one here Must be worst, also the lot payment super high and poor maintenance done, mobile homes prices 3/2 cost like a house $136,000 used, if mangers were kind and educated I think that would make a difference

I am a resident in this park! I went to check out the clubhouse to rent for my sister-in-law‘s baby shower!! There was a hole in the floor when we went to look at it they said it would be fixed for my sister-in-law‘s baby shower in May when I rented it in March. The hole was not fixed!! We had to clean the entire clubhouse ourselves prior to setting up.. You do not want to rent the clubhouse from them!! And truthfully I would not recommend living in The park the people that run the office don’t know what they’re doing!

The MANAGER IS AMAZING
MAKING A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN THE COMMUNITY. The way the community looks and the maintenance really works so hard to make a difference and up keep at the property. The MANAGER LISTENS TO THE COMMUNITY AND PROVIDES EVENTS 🥰

Funny how all the negative reviews get responses from the owners saying "they're sorry" and "we don't tolerate that", yet nothing ever changes. Bunch of lying dirt bags who own this place. Stay away.

I think the community is looking Alive. It shows that there have been several positive changes in the last year. The new multi court (basketball/soccer) area is awesome! It is being used everyday.
The community is much cleaner and the new manager is is very hands on.

So, now that i have your attention since i cant get an e mail response with the information i have requested. We love all of the new additions that are coming along. New basketball courts, doggy doo stations (a few more throughout the neighborhood would be awesome) Would love it if the stop sign that got removed at Summer Circle was replaced. It's been 4 months. The pool areas need some TLC. Also vehicles that havent moved from the guest spots in months. Our HOA just went up. A decent amount.
