Wow! That's a very angry review! I find most of the people in this community are very nice. Older, yes, and they WILL report you if you trash the place you were renting or drove loudly & fast. Why did you even think about coming here when you are obviously much younger than most of the rest of the residents. It has lots of activities for residents & is a great place to live!

I've lived here 4 winters and find it very pleasant. During the time I'm here the lakes have been somewhat less than full, but never like in the picture. I've never seen a house or lawn here that I would describe as "disgusting" in appearance. In any community there are likely to be a few people who have serious conflicts, such as about who should and should not, do paid work for homeowners. There is one over one person who has a record. Some residents want to prohibit him working, others think he is now skilfully and honestly earning money. Most people here mind their own business and, I think, enjoy it as I do. Extreme condemnation seems inappropriate.

Although they charge you more for living by a lake, the lakes are regularly kept in a disgusting condition. Management does not care, and they also let known felons roam the streets and even live here without being screened (in a 55 and over community) When residents get police involved, management does not cooperate with them. I posted a picture taken today (6/22/15) of the appalling condition of one of the lakes as my profile photo.

I love living here. I'm a new resident and have felt welcomed from the first day. There are lots of things to get involved in if one chooses to. The community is well kept. People are friendly. Good place to live.

This community is in decline. One of the “reviews” here was written by someone who works in management office who doesn’t even live here. Management does not respond to even simple issues which can be remedied very easily. They would rather make excuses and do nothing. While riding my bike, I almost had a collision with the manager who was driving a golf cart on the WRONG side of the street. Way to go in a community with elderly people!

Pet friendly community. Seniors need pets for company and there are convient areas to walk your dogs with bags to clean up after them.

We are selling only because of us having to move in with my elderly dad, but we have been out roughly 2 months and miss our neighbors and the incredible warm feeling we had living there!!!
