We have lived here 4 years gone through multiple owner/managers. We have gone from family owned caring community to corporate. Which has after the price increase and multiple rule increases for minimal upgrades. We have I feel good intentions from the companies but, they hire these God complex managers that use fear and threats on elderly residents. Some is understanding, keep your property neat and clean which everyone has. With the exception of a few. Unfortunately we have known drug dealers in here, people renting rooms, people letting homeless stay and constantly stealing from our residents.
Our lot rent has almost doubled in the four years since we moved in. With the promise of yearly increase. That is slightly understandable. But the constant threats from the office in the day and worry of theaf at night makes living here questionable. We love the neighbors that have become family, but we need a community/manager that is caring and not so threatening. This is completely my opinion and experience. That it as you wish.

RUN!! Pam is rude, VULGAR and dishonest!!! We have looked at many communities but none as bad as this!! LIED TO MY FACE and was completely UNPROFESSIONAL!! She needs to be fired immediately, wrong job for her costic personality. Really a shame for her coworkers...

This place is overrated. Management is malicious to elderly park residents and always threatening to evict them. Harasses one mentally handicapped resident with eviction . Sad. Residents live in fear and are monetarily unable to move now that tanglewood has doubled their rent. Plastic horseshoes. Kids corn hole. Unlicensed uninsured and no permit contractor doing work for the park.

Great people to get to know, be friends, gatherings at the non- or heated pool side, with seats to sit by firer pit when cool weather with BBQ. Or Bingo, movie night, parties in the hall with full kitchen. So much more.great place for retired or soon to be.

I would never recommend this mobile home park community to anybody. The two women they have running the office or not only the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with but they are also very rude and disrespectful. I was in the process of purchasing one of their homes and was relocating from New York I started the process in November . I sold some of my furniture because the home I was purchasing came somewhat furnished, I hired a moving company to get what furniture and things I did keep down here with an understanding that I would only have 30 days of free storage, and when the day came for me to bring in the rest of the paperwork that they needed to close the deal I was told I was not excepted into the park and that I couldn’t purchase this home . The owners of the home that I was purchasing also under the impression that the deal was going to be finalized and they were going to be able to buy their new home . So I did not get the house that I thought I was moving to Florida to buy I was Completely lied to for two months by the office staff of Tanglewood. As far as I’m concerned those two women in that front office should be terminated and the owner needs to take a long hard look at the way he’s running things.

I have been in this park since 2016 and have loved our area in the park. I enjoy the pool and look forward to being able to use our Club House soon. I miss all our community get togethers and hope we will be allowed to start up again. Our community has been sold again and hope the new owners will introduce themselves to all of us. They need to remember, many of us are snowbirds and will not be here until possibly November and even later. I've read their "Mission Statement" and hope the personnel they bring in to manage our community will believe in the mission too. I have to rate our community low until I see how the new owners/management personnel communicate with the residents. Looking forward to working with our new on site management and hope they will have "people skills".
