To many unregistered people renting efficiencies more traffic more danger, up to 3 families living in one trayler, not, fair for those that follow rules, unregistered tenant should be. Forbiden.

If I was posting this review back in the 90's-early 2000's it would sound very different but this place has had a 100% turn around. Back when I was growing up here this place was considered the hood, even then still loved it. Now in days it's a great place to raise a family or retire way cheaper than anywhere else in Miami. Kids can play safely on the streets and most people that live here have been here for decades so there's a real sense of community when you get to know your neighbors. It's a mobile home park so of course the houses are not luxurious but most are well kept and not trashy looking like other mobile home parks. Walking distance from a plaza that has everything you need. I miss calling this place home. If you're looking for a place to live that's affordable and safe then this is the best bet.

I have lived here since 1989. This park is very well maintained with 24 hour security. I have never had any problems with my neighbors.

I have a friend that lives there, place has improved 100 percent, owners on there job.only bad thing is no guest parking,to many commercial vehicles parked at night, also the people that rent efficiencies park there, way to many extra doors on trailers, efficiency rentals with strangers, surveillance camaras a plus, and 24 hr security.also people selling goods and food with loud speakers blaring feels third world hopefully the bad things will be taken care of.
