Worst people to deal with. We went to the only because all other RV Parks are full. We told him our situation and he seemed cool at first. Told us to come on Saturday and he’d have a spot for us. We tried to pay for the spot two different times and they said don’t worry about we have a spot for you. We told them we didn’t have a problem doing a background check and drug test what ever they wanted.we just bought our rv and it’s in Zephyrhills and we needed to move it here ASAP. The people we bought it from are very nice for letting us keep it there while we look for a park. Yesterday one hour before we were leaving to get our rv ( which we are paying someone $300) to tow it for us Noel from buckeye calls and says he won’t let us stay there. He talked very rude to us for no reason and was a complete dick. Don’t go there !

Very ran down. Nosey, loud, rude, racist tenants.
Very redneck, very racist.
It’s scared being there, you feel like you are going to get shot or get your place burned down.
It’s just crazy.
Horrible parking on lots, etc, etc.
Look elsewhere.
*Also, NONE of the photos on here are actually in or near the RV/Trailer Park.

Quite and peaceful living. Owner takes care of everyone's outdoor property. Friendly neighbors and are not overbearing on your privacy. Manager is friendy and helpful if you have questions.

I moved into the park back in October of 2017. I first moved into a rental, and before long I decided to purchase my own RV and put it on a vacant lot in the park. I have to say I really enjoy living here. The manager, Betty, is a great person and easy to deal with. The owner Newell, is very fair and very friendly and easy to get along with. I get along with the maintenance person Eddie, who is also a good person. This is an inexpensive place to live and overall is a very nice environment. There are good and bad people everywhere that you live, and this place is no exception. I get along with pretty much all the residents and have found it is a friendly environment. I will live here for quite awhile!

Lived there for a few years. Its a great place. Owner is very good to those who conduct themselves in a responsible way. The park is well kept and I never had any issues there. The Manager is Great. These people treated me like family and have done so much to help me when I had some struggles. I really cant say enough good about how good they were to me. Its off the path and has a very remote feel. Its close to everything and the prices are kept reasonable. This is a great place with a great owner and manager. Just Awesome people whom I consider like Family. Im actually considering moving back if a lot opens up.

This place is off the beaten path, very shaded(keeps it cool). The owner is a great guy, and the park is not drug infested!!!
