This is a good place to be. The management is fair and reasonable with all tenants and visitors. The people are friendly and they maintain the grounds well. There are several clubs and meetings in the clubhouse that you can participate in if you wish. Overall, a very good place.

Very Beautiful place! In the midst of being in a natural preserve and being able to experience hanging out by the lagoon, you wouldn't believe how much life are out here!

we drove there last year looking for a place to buy. it was really run and units needed to be taken out. We went back this year and it looks like the management is trying to improve the park. Many old units were removed. looks like it getting better.

It's a nice park just became a owner but the harrasment from management is to much and the rules to rent my trailer out is rediculous I understand why there is so many vacancies

It's a nice community it's 55+ place to live. I just wish we were able to do stuff like swim in the pool or go to the community center without having someone your visiting having to go with you everytime. Other then that it's a great place.

A great adults only (55+) community. Great location, lots of amenities. Comfortably located between Downtown Fort Pierce and Vero Beach.
