The post office itself has always provided very good service when I am in there. I prefer going there over the South Lakeland branch because there is always an LONG line and slow service at Lakeland. However, they recently took our regular mail carrier away and it's been chaotic since then. I receive others mail, I haven't received bills (yes, I do pay them), a package was delivered to my back door which I don't use very often and I recently got a UPS mailbox for my in home business to make sure that I receive that mail. Marleta had been the carrier on this route for 20 years and we could always count on our mail being delivered by a certain time, she asked if she had questions and knew everyone in the neighborhood. I realize that Tampa made the decision to remove her but why do the people have to suffer?

This post office is gold! I have been going there for years and the ladies there take exceptional care of you with a smile...love the staff! Hats off to a job consistently well done.

I'm disabled, I go in and painfully wait in line for several minutes and had 3 employees ask me what I was there for, I showed them and told them and they said that I needed to go up to the register. Once my turn arrived and I was the register the gentlemen sent me out of line to fill out an address form, once I was done I got back in line and a person 3 people behind me was sent to the front of the line by one of the employees, now I told them I was disabled, had to drop to my knees in line and then lean on the counter, when one of the 3 employees asked what I needed they could have given me the paper to fill out but they did not, and the man at the register could have let me just fill out the form there but oh no, back to the end of the line just to be skipped by someone 3 people behind me....horrible service, just awful, if I could give zero stars I would

I’ve only lived in mulberry a short time but this has to be the rudest group of people I’ve ever meet. Evidently if you don’t have a mail box the carriers will refuse to deliver it to your house and they mark it as undeliverable. I was told they do not have time to get out and deliver a package to a house. They return 4-5 packages a day. (How long does it take to deliver 4-5 packages a day?) That is just lazy and inconsiderate I pay for shipping you think a carrier could take a minute to deliver it to my house. The one time they did deliver the carrier drove through my yard to put it at my door and when I told the post office that they told me they was doing me a favor. My advice is to pay extra for a different delivery service if you live in mulberry. What a disgrace to the usps.

Blonde Woman at front was very nice in assisting me to get a package (my sons hearing aids) that couldn’t be delivered.

I came into the Mulberry Post Office and requested no mail delivery to my address for four days while my family and I was out of town on vacation. I was ensured by the postal worker/ customer service that there will be no mail delivered to my address on the specific dates I requested, and that my mail will resume once I come in to pick up my mail from those past few days. However, got home Sunday night and mail was in my mail box maybe about 20 pieces or so. I was furious to see mail in my mailbox. Went to the post office that Monday morning spoke with supervisor to ask why mail was in my mailbox and for how many days was the mail in my mailbox. She responded by saying someone came in and said it was ok to resume mail at my address or she said maybe it was a mistake with the address to resume mail to. However, there wasn’t anyone at my address to come in and resume mail within the requested dates.
I just wanted to share this information with everyone.
I feel that Mulberry Post Office failed my trust with them and the carriers need to be more careful and pay attention.
