Paid 15 bucks for shipping and I tracked my package. It arrived at the milton post office the day it was expected to arrive at my house. Tracking said the package was waiting to be scanned... it said this for 2 weeks. In what universe does it take 2 weeks to scan a package? So I called customer support and was told they would open a case file on the package and the milton post office should contact me. They never contacted me and tracking said they "resolved" and closed the case file 2 days later... that was over a week ago... I still haven't gotten the package and tracking still says it's awaiting scan... are they trying to steal my package?

This post office is absolute garbage. I never get my packages on the day they’re “out for delivery” yet I get stacks of junk mail. And when I go in as soon as they open the next day to physically get my package, there’s always some reason I can’t. Mail comes later and later every day, it would be nice to have a set time to expect it, or at least a ballpark estimate.

Ok i reveiwed this 5 years ago and was having issues receiving my mail properly. Within those 5 years they got rid of the one mail lady who was junk and replaced her with probably the best mail carrier ive ever had . Her name is sylvia and she is the best. Unfortunately we moved to pcola foe a yr and now im back in tha milton . A little north so our mail person is different but on point. I receive all my mail with zero problems. So great job usps you deserve a huge THANK YOU and ill leace your xmas gift in the box.

Been home since 1pm awaiting delivery. We have a u shaped drive with easy access and our usps driver stated they could not deliver at 3pm as our drive was not accessible 😡 this is not the first time they have done this

Thank God for honest neighbors. We get each other's mail often.. they did lose a check and been waiting on a delivery that has been "undeliverable"for days.. fyi just open the gate and walk in. Worse service ever..

Always delivers promptly and with a smile. I have built a high level of trust for usps and feel thankful to use this service. Thank you for all you do!

We have gotten to know most of our neighbors because of the USPS delivering Mail and Packages to the wrong addresses. This happens on a daily basis and now Packages are being placed in front of Garages instead of on the porches which makes it much easier for porch pirates. A few weeks back, I witnessed a mail lady throwing packages from her mail truck onto the ground. Ridiculous! Whoever does the hiring should be fired immediately.

By far the most terrible post office I've ever encountered. I'm lucky to get a package. My current one was marked "attempted delivery" while I watched the mail carrier drive straight past my house on my security camera. 10 minutes later it got updated to "held at post office by request of customer". I never requested anything. I've had 7 missing or late packages this year alone. I just got an email the other day that their search request for my last missing package was called off. When you go there to inquire about your packages they treat you like it's your fault. I've watched them drive past my house and fail to attempt my mail so many times and yet they argue with me that they tried. I specifically put security cameras up because of my issues with them. If I could get all of my mail switched to a different company, I would.
