Sorry to say but I agree with the other reviews. I just moved here and they refuse to deliver my mail so I have to keep driving there to pick up my mail when it could be put in the mailbox my new home's builder installed. Friendly ...no. Helpful....no. The guy behind the counter just wants to be right rather than be helpful.

Staff is generally nice. Hours are a little hard to work with if you need to pick up a package or mail one- almost impossible for the average American 8-5 worker! However generally very little wait time if you can make it there!

Mail courier for Hammock bay is very rude. often refuses to deliver packages or certified mail; yet, leaves notices in the mail box reporting they attempted delivery despite no delivery attempt to door, per my security cameras. When packages are delivered, they are often thrown on the ground or shoved in the mailbox. mailboxes are thrown open with no care.

If I could give them zero I would! Staff is rude. They never deliver your packages in a timely manner. Absolutely no care for customers at all!

Poor delivery service , seriously have gotten wet mail and it it hasn't rained and mailbox is dry.

I have always had good experiences with this post office location. The staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous.

This is the third time in 2 weeks they have completely dropped the ball They cant manage to even keep up with the tracking of an item and all that takes is scaning a barcode I wish there was a better option i am beyond disappointed items should have been here 3 days ago tomorrow is the event and now they might as well return my orders due to incompetence.

It’s my fault for living in Freeport FL. The USPS definitely drinks tap water and has their vaccines. I constantly get a notification that my package was delivered and I never receive anything. I am almost positive that the post people are stealing my belongings. They would bring as disgruntled, mistreated and miseducated as they are. Buy your own stuff and stop thieving from me! Drink spring water or Alkaline water and don’t brush or rinse with flourish, maybe then your IQ begins to rise.
