Great post office in middle of Oviedo downtown. This post office was remodeled few years back. It has mail boxes for rent. Very good parking across the street. Also a drop box near parking lot. It still feels like old small town.

I was very pro USPS until I had to interact with this post office for customer service. The person I was talking to walked away from me mid sentence, clearly was not listening to my issue, and did not resolve anything for me. I literally left crying. I acknowledge that the original issue was caused by my own carelessness, but even though I have followed the recommended steps to resolve the issue it has not been resolved.

Extremely upset and disappointed at this USPS branch. I dropped off a package with prepaid label at the "outside mailbox" (I didn't go inside due to heavy rain) and the package never delivered to the recipient. I went in a week later and spoke to a postman and search for my package; the only thing he could tell me was - "the label was printed but it was never scan." So, whoever was assigned to take the mails & packages from the outside box was taking packages that were "not" scanned. I left defeated with a lost/stolen package. Beware of this location - make sure you go inside and get a tracking number.

I haven't had a single bad experience at this post office - even when the lines are long, the clerks get through everyone as quickly as possible while still delivering great service. I'd also like to give a shout-out to Rick who helped me out today with a picking up a package that was held due to an incomplete address, which was an error on my part. Everyone is friendly here and I'm glad I live so close to a great office!

I always get excellent service here! I've seen some of the trolls these employees have to serve and they are nothing but courteous. Something we can all use a lesson in from time to time. Thank you!

Love this post office. I drop lots of packages off and they are always scanned in within a few hours and depart before end of day, unlike many Orlando locations I've been too. I really appreciate everyone that helps run this location!

I thought they were very friendly and extremely fast. The post office is very clean and offers gift cards, and greeting cards aside from shipping services.
