This has got to be the worst run facility in the entire postal system. I mailed two holiday cards containing $75.00 gift cards in them from my Jupiter address to another Jupiter address on December 21st. By January I5 had not heard from either party which is very uncharacteristic of them. I received a phone call from the recipient last night at 9:10 pm saying they were received today BUT, at the neighbors house!!! February 10th. It only took 51 days to get them delivered 2 miles away from the post office... to the wrong address!

Most soul sucking place ever. The line is always to the door but it doesn’t always take long, thankfully. The worst thing is the staff is soo rude to everyone! Especially the woman with the blue hair. It’s painful waiting for your turn watching how she treats everyone and just hoping you don’t have to deal with her. She’s very aggressive and condescending. The lady that’s usually at the right end desk is the most friendly. They seem to have gotten a new mail deliverer for my area which is great, because the last one was very quick to mark you vacant if you did not check your mail every day, and would mark packages delivered that actually weren’t for several more days.

I went to the Jupiter Post Office and was pleasantly impressed with the service. The line was long but went very quickly. The first girl on the right side Rebecca helped me mail a package overseas. Overall a nice experience.

I had a postal issue on a priority mail express overnight package from Baltimore that I did not receive on time and then accidentally went to the wrong post office code. Between several Maryland post offices and Florida post offices this package was nearly impossible to locate. Celeste at the Jupiter location went above and beyond any one I spoke to at any other location, she called me twice updating me of the status and she is truly an asset to the USPS. Celeste if you are reading thing, thank you so much.

Remember this name: REBECA. She’s very rude. I came to her service counter because she was the only one working, I greeted her with a hello and a smile, but she rolled her eyes. I just asked for a receipt for my package with a prepaid label, but she seemed so irritated that I asked for help. There were literally no other customers. Not sure what she’s going through, but she need to leave that nasty attitude outside work.
If you’re wondering what she look like, she has brown hair, orangey-tan skin, and with an accent. Her ugly looks matches her ugly attitude very well.

This Bangladeshi lady (PARWAN) who is very rude, not well disciplined and don't have a customer relation etiquette is not worthy and deserving on her post to deal with customers. Since she has a big body and high pitched and very loud voice she should be assigned to section who carries and downloading big boxes.

I would like to say big thank you to REBECA for the help. I really admired of your professionalism.

This place makes the DMV feel like Disney World. Good luck on your visit.

This place keeps getting worse every single time. Employees are extremely rude and unpleasant, always with the ugliest attitude. Time to change the staff and/or the management for this office already, get new workers who are well mannered with the customers.
