I have been a customer here many times. I used to live in the area and would go to that location for all of my postage needs. All the staff were friendly and worked very efficiently. The place was always kept very clean, and the restrooms were also kept very clean. Very recently I volunteered there for the recent food drive. Several mail trucks came by our location to drop off the various items of food that people had donated. I was very surprised at the amount of food that came to just my location. There were many more post office locations that were collecting food. It felt very rewarding to be a part of something so large as there were at least eat other post office locations in the county that were collecting and sorting through the donated food into different categories such as canned foods, food that was kept in glass such as spaghetti sauce or food that was kept in either boxes or plastic containers such as cereal or peanut butter. With the world that we live in today it feels good to actually see how much people care by donating food out of their own pantry and to have people show up and volunteer their time to off-load mail trucks and sort food. It was a rewarding feeling to be part of something that helps so many others.

Every time I come to this postal service, the employees are always very nice and willing to help. For some reason I usually end up on Kaylyn’s line. She’s very professional, helpful, and efficient. Thank you Kaylyn! I always leave this place feeling happy because of your great customer service.

Start delivering all mail that arrives to my apt regardless if we take two weeks to check our mail box’s !! That’s none of your concern we have an active lease your job is to deliver every piece of mail unless we specifically return it! FPL BILLS BEING RETURNED ST CORTLAND PORTOFINO

So pathetic people. Sent a pakage and it got returned, tried to contact several time to know the reason, poor agents told me that we have no idea, everytime. First told me file online complaint, then told me to visit post office, i did accordingly, at last they told me we have no idea what happened to your pakage, conatct customs directly. Such a poor and uneducated staff, who doesn't know the reason. Definitely would not recommend to anybody!

I have always had a positive experience with the Customer Service Staff at this facility. The associates are always pleasant, polite, efficient and professional. They work quickly to ensure that the line moves rapidly.
Always very helpful and accommodating. In my opinion this is a model postal facility.

Absolutely horrible service. These people handle our mail and packages and out of 20 calls I have had NONE answered. This place needs to be reported

I ordered something for my daughter for Christmas and the package says delivered on Dec 22nd but did not get anything in my mailbox nor my neighbors. I called the post office so many times, they keep giving me stories about how it says delivered. So i decided to go to the post office in person only for them to tell me "sorry they don't know what happened"
