My favorite USPS office! I've been using this post office for years shipping out my online products just about everyday. And there is nothing confusing about this quaint little office. The customer service associates there have always been friendly and very helpful to me. Sure, not every day is going to run smoothly - Murphy's Law you know. But whenever I have a problem with a postal issue, this office genuinely wants to help me iron it out. Give respect, and you get it back.

Unless the store can somehow clone Barrye, there is not much more that can be done to improve my satisfaction other than continue to provide great customer service! Barrye is one of a kind and if I ever have the opportunity to start my own business, I will try to recruit her. I also noticed that she genuinely cares about all of her customers. She even remembers what some of the more frequent customers need before they even ask. I initially walked up to ask her what would be the best option for me to ship some clothes back home. Without hesitation, she recommended the perfect sized flat rate box for my needs. She saved me roughly $13 because the original box that I brought with me was more expensive than the large flat rate box. People with positive attitudes like Barrye's have a long lasting impact on others.

Everyone that works here is absolutely amazing!! They are polite and very effective at their job. I refuse to go into any other post office in this area because I know there will be unnecessary delays. It's always a quick run in and out here.

I drive all the way across town, passing another PO, just to visit this location. All the employees are friendly and courteous to customers. I’ve never seen an employee get irritated or frustrated when dealing with customers.

Two minutes before closing time and a line to the door... they all still had smiles on their faces.

I barely do reviews besides restaurant reviews but when you consistently receive great customer service you feel compelled to recognize it. Barrye is always so pleasant whenever I come to this post office. She’s very personable, professional, and always recommends the most cost efficient way to send my packages which is appreciated. I’m sure I’m not the only customer who feels that way because when I’m walking up to the counter someone’s walking away from her counter smiling or laughing. She’s a great asset to this team!

I’ve been a customer and box holder at the Mary Esther Post Office for over 20 years. During that time I’ve interacted with countless USPS employees, and I have to say a current employee, Barrye, is the best I’ve ever seen.

Barrye is always friendly, helpful, and professional. I’ve never had a single bad interaction with her. Even if I just come in to check my post office box, she makes a point to greet me when I come in.

When I do have to ship a package, she always works very efficiently and saves me time when I’m in a hurry, not to mention saving me significant amounts of money on several occasions when shipping packages both domestically and to international locations.

Barrye is an indispensable asset and the Post Office is lucky to have her.

This is the worst post office ever. Staff are very rude and unprofessional, post master refuses to do his job and should be fired. Highly recommend avoiding this location if you ship a high volume of packages, as large amount of your shipment will get lost or stolen at this location without ever being scanned. The clerk REFUSES to scan anything if you have 5 or more packages. They don’t scan them AT ALL because they get no “credit” for doing so( per post master of this location). UNACCEPTABLE! Nowhere at USPS website says that they have permission to refuse the service if you a large volume shipper. I spend over $100k on postage every year and the service I’m getting is absolutely unacceptable. There is no issues with USPS itself, just the workers who NEGLECT the packages. I will be reaching regarding this issue higher.

Nothing but praise for the workers there! I've been on extended trips (1-3 months) and either had my mail on hold or forwarded to a different address and I've never experienced any delays. They all are friendly also.
