Excellent customer service. I have been using this post office since May of 2020 and out of all the post offices I have ever been to in South Florida, this is one of the best. They are very quick, efficient and POLITE. The ladies always greet everyone and apologize for the wait, which usually is not very long to begin with. I am usually in and out in less than 10 minutes. If you hate the services here, go on over to the post office off 441 so they can make you stand outside for an hour or 2 before even getting to someone and then maybe you'll appreciate good customer service when you see it. Wow unbelievable, one star is being generous with this office, they lie to your face repeatedly, now is an habit every Friday they either say on the usps website my packages are delivered or at the office, both options are big lies. They take advantage of walmart next day without delivering, but act like they provided the service. They have no respect for law or customers. I wish I could avoid my packages passing by this place.

my package was missing i reported it just incase they can do anything on their end, but instead what i get is a tempered call back from the "manager" stating it was delivered and it was stolen. not a hi im sorry, not even a let me see if i can talk to the driver and see where he/she might have left it. NO its gone ill send report of it being stolen. not the first time this has happened.

The absolute worst customer service. It doesn't matter if the line is hanging out of the door or there are 3 ppl in line you will receive an attitude from staff. If I wasn't in a rush to get out of that negative environment today I would have gotten the lady's name and posted it here. Downright shameful...do better.

Service was great and very helpful the only problem that we end up having when we came out somebody hit the passenger side of our door and and we didn't see no cameras to find out who did it

Horrible service, they denied to send my papers. I would 10/10 never recommend this post office to no one.

The worst post office you can see my money order I send it by them I was lost it been three weeks I’m really upset the first time I send it by them I always send money order by other post never had any problems

I checked the status of my orders from QVC and UPS transferred it to my local post office. Now! I’m still checking the status for delivery yesterday (MLK day). It shows that they attempted to deliver my package and they left an attempt delivery notice at 11:56am, which is a complete LIE!!!!! I have video cameras all around my house, plus I was outside all day! How lazy can you be. I saw the mail truck on my street helping some lost pedestrians and passed right by. No one NEVER CAME!!!! It is unbelievable that as many complaints and negative reviews you get from this post office that the postal inspector never corrected these issues. This postal office need a complete OVERHAUL!!! Taking it to the next step! This has to change!!! We can’t keep up with the same negative and bad complacent behaviors in 2022!!! The community deserves better!!!! That Simple!!!!
