This post office is the best post I have ever been to. Is nothing fancy but the real one unique thing about it, their customer service! Everyone always nice, courteous, professional and they treat everyone like they are a great friend. It amazes me sometimes cuz I won't see them for a while and they will ask me something from a conversation I had a couple months ago with them and how it turned out. They will also advise you on the best way to mail something and always make sure you have exactly what you need. Doing all of this work in a timely manner keeping the line moving. I have been to many many many post offices all over the country and I have never experienced a nicer one. I know this may sound weird raving about postal workers but in my experience I usually feel like I'm intruding in other post offices and find most of their employees kind of rude and pushy. The Belleview branch is truly unique! Kudos to the Belleview branch keep up the good work!!!

I have gotten really good service ever since I moved here over 30 years ago. One time, a package I mailed never reached it''s destination. The supervisor must have spent at least a half hour on the phone to NYC calling different places until they located it at the wrong post office. Another time I was waiting to send a package when a man came in with a complaint about a letter he didn't get and was very abusive shouting at the worker like it was her fault.The supervisor came out and he was treated calmly until he finally stormed out. I know I could not have taken that kind of abuse and been as calm and nice as those two ! So "GOOD JOB" to our Bellview Postal workers-they deserve it ! Oh yes, and my carrier Dwala didn't retire yet, so I can still enjoy a chat with her if I'm lucky !

I'm not sure about anyone else's experience, but Michelle at this post office just went above and way beyond what usually constitutes as customer service to correct a mail carrier's delivery error. She--get this--personally drove her own car with me following in mine to retrieve my package from another address where it was mistakenly delivered to a parcel box. This is an expensive part for my vehicle, and Amazon said it was delivered to my address already! Thank you Michelle, problem solved :)

My children mailed me Mother’s Day cards and they were in colored envelopes and mailed a few days before Mother’s Day. One card was coming from California and contained a Starbucks gift card and the other was coming from North Carolina which unfortunately had cash in it. (My son never does this but was trying to get something in the mail to me before leaving for a trip) lesson learned as he said he will never send stuff of value through the postal service. Today is May 20th and not received either card. Went to complain to Belleview office and talked with a manager ( I believe her name was Maria) clearly she did not want to be bothered and basically informed me nothing could be done and I didn’t have proof. I informed her I was making the complaint just to inform them that obviously there was some dishonesty going on with a postal worker since both cards were coming from different states and coincidentally both missing. She said they have never had a complaint and it could have been the Jacksonville hub where all the mail goes first. I have had 2 other incidents that were a while back receiving and sending an insured priority envelope which never made it. After many called numbers and filled mailboxes I left a message with postal inspector but message said due to the volume of calls I may not be called back. What???? Seems like there needs to be a little more accountability within the postal office!

Service has been good when I've gone in.
My complaint is why remove the drive up mailbox. It is so convenient to drive up and drop off when I do need mail envelopes and do not have a reason to go in. Use to only go in to get stamps or mail abpackage. But last year the box was removed. When I am diing errands , I like the convenience of driving up and dropping off.

Everyone is so helpful and polite! Love dealing them all. They could train other locations how to operate and benefit us all!

Randomly forwarded my packages to someone else and they don't ever answer the phone. I've been calling for almost an hour. Now I have to take time off work to find out why they sent my packages across the state.

Update: They reached out and had me put a card in the mailbox with my name on it to make sure my mail stays with me. So far no issues.
