Opa Locka Post Office

This Post Office is Trash. EVERY TIME I send a package from S. Florida it goes through OPA LAKA - the Post Office that has many Ghosts. The packages go missing, never to be found again. The packages are so extremely delayed that I lose a sale or 20!!!!! What the heck!!!!??? They won't even answer their "Verizon" phone - Really Professional, not EVEN a Land Line. Get a Clue and get that Post Office LEGAL.

Absolute GARBAGE! It's obvious why USPS is going out of business. If your package lands here, be prepared for it to go around in circles causing massive delays.

Ordered a hard to find, expensive item that was purchased and shipped from Pennsylvania using Priority 2-Day USPS Service. The seller provided us with tracking information the day package was shipped. We tracked the package and everything looked to be on track to receive it in time until it reached the USPS Opa Locka distribution center. The package then went MIA for a WEEK before it was finally delivered late. When we opened the package, there was a pen and flashlight set from HOMESTEAD, FL that could not have been sent by a seller in PA. 🤨

So thank you to the USPS Opa Locka crooks for breaking Federal Laws and tampering with mail/packages. 🖕🏻😡

Drivers; when you turn right on aviation Dr from 142nd the entrance is the 4th driveway on the right by the front off the building. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING AND THEY WILL NOT CHECK YOU IN EARLIER THAN 7AM. Aviation Dr. Does not have parking because it's a 1 lane and there are dropped trailers all around the post office. No bathroom access outside.

This post office is terrible absolute horrible at delivering constant lost in my package and I still haven’t received my package , the photographs they take are also bad so now my package is nowhere to be found and lost

NO STARS ! THEY HAVE LOST MY PACKAGE ! I sent it Priority Flat Rate Box on Dec 17, evrything was on track until it passed thru this facility. Just says in Transit since Dec 20th!!! And there is no accountability! Just get a "sorry for the inconvenience and go file a claim" ...This is ridiculous! Some packages have items that are irreplaceable (like mine)so a reimbursement will not make up for that at all! Im so sad and disappointed and my daughter never got her Christmas and Bday gift which I cant replace or replicate!! I will definitely be using FedEx or UPS for my shipping from now on! I dont know what the heck is going om at this facility but it sure does seem like internally there may be some stealing going on!

You have a major thief, or a ring of thieves working here. I will no longer send packages to this area, knowing full well they will likely be stolen passing through Opa Locka. Why is USPS not investigating federal crimes within this facility? Look at the reviews. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to gather that there is theft taking place, and these are just the small minority who post. I will be filing a complaint (for multiple packages that fell off the face of the earth once they reached your facility) with the attorney general.

The Carriers Are Lazy In Don't Wanna Come To The Door With Packages If They Are Too Big Then When You Call The Post Office They Don't Answer
