Alright, I’m not a bot comment I’m being dead serious I don’t know how there are so many 1 star reviews. My package honestly got sent out so fast and now Its on its way, literally a day wait, maybe it’s just who’s working what day? But any way I’m sorry if your package has gotten lost or whatever but from me, they get a 5 star.

I do not live in the area but I ordered something coming from Florida. My package reached this facility and still has not left it. My package was supposed to be delivered the 5th (In Wisconsin) it is now the 11th and I have no updates. The last place it arrived was this facility and it STILL has NOT left. Its been 8 days and all I get is that its “arriving late”. Very frustrating

Reading the reviews, helped understand that this place is trash. I bought a package from eBay. They ship it to this place. The next day, it's in Miami, so I thought it was fine until I looked at some maps and realized this was north of Miami. Why did it go south? Few hours later, and it is back at this center. It says that the package will arrive on the 12th. Today is the 11th. How is this package going to get from Florida to the Midwest in one day and get it processed, and shipped to my house in one day? Praying my package arrives.

Update: Package arrived. It went on a non-stop 3 day trip to a location 100 miles from me. It came but it was still late by 4 days.

My customer's package is over 2 weeks late. Stuck at this horrible sort facility. Do your job people! You are making us eBay sellers look bad. Thank goodness for seller protection, I will not get a bad feedback and hopefully the package will eventually move and I will not have to refund my buyer. Just do your job, or quit so they can hire someone that will.

Because of this awful facility and neglegance, my package which contains medication was sent to WASHINGTON DC? I guess someone rerouted it complete wrong. Well I am out of my medication(was supposed to get my package before I ran out) and currently feeling very sick because I’ve been out for 2 days. How do you mistake WASHINGTON DC for Miramar??? I hate complaining but this is causing me to have health issues. Shame on you USPS!

This USPS branch should be audited, it shouldn’t be allowed to keep running this way. It not only is unpleasant, but every time a package ends up in this branch, I already know it will arrive late. Calling is pointless because you will end up frustrated, and so is filling out any kind of report. Places like this are the reason people avoid using the USPS service.

I enjoy going to the post office on fisherman Street the people are very friendly and very helpful and if you have a question I'm sure they can answer it go buy him pay a visit to the United States Post office on fisherman you'll be surprised on the friendly service that you get
