It's only a Post Office ppl & their pretty fast, & love to talk to Ya,!!😅

I like the post office itself, but I have severe issues with the carriers, from where I used to live, now where I moved to, are much worse. I have not received my electric bill in 2 months, i have not even received junk mail, and recently, after ordering from Amazon, the package CLEARLY marked with correct address, it was put in wrong mailbox ( sits right next to my mailbox) when I said something to my neighbor, she ever so nonchalantly said, "check my mailbox" sure enough it was there! My address on the package was in BLACK, LARGE writing. I am always getting wrong mail, there's no excuse for this at all

My postal Carrier did exactly the right thing with leaving my package in the rain she took it back so it would not get damaged I did however have a misunderstanding that when I provided codes to Amazon that they filtered to the driver and apparently they do not I was upset that I did not receive my package but in no way was it the postal Carrier or the Post Office's fault I have spoken with this office on a couple of occasion's and I love their attitude and I love my postal Carrier she's awesome I'm sharing this so if anybody else has the same issue now you know why please do not blame your Carrier for this problem reach out to Amazon corporate so they can try to figure out why your codes are not getting to the Post Office but keep in mind that they also have their own way of delivering such as not damaging customer's property by opening gates and such which I totally get keep up the great work Old Town Post Office

Our carrier Rita is a thief she has stole mail from our mailbox the postmaster Steve has done nothing in order to stop the stealing or has the postal inspector done anything to help us with the Thief from Rita please be advised to watch what you were getting and when you are supposed to be getting it I am missing stemless checks bank statements and checks from customers some have been cashed and some have not

Very in people. While I was in the process of moving to Old Town....I had a problem with a couple things. They went over and above to help me.

I just love Mrs. Nancy at old town post office.also our mail lady that comes to the house is so sweet and thoughtful. Thank you so much for all you hard work postal peeps.

My package was crushed and opened, but the merchandise was unharmed.

These people are lazy and do NOT know how to read! They are disrespectful and rude to their customers. Worst post office I have ever been to they really need to work on their customer service skills.
