United States Postal Service

The service of this post office has proven to be horrible. Not in the office, but in the handling of mail. They have lost a package of mine and several bills. I hope they can improve this soon because it is unacceptable. No wonder USPS is going bankrupt.

This is the absolute worst post office that I have ever been to. The workers clearly hate being there and take it out on customers. I walked in and did not get greeted. I did not even get a glance my way although no other customer was at the register. I asked the lady at the register some questions and I was ignored. I had to call her attention a few times before I got acknowledged. The workers just don't care to help period! If you hate your job, do not work there! I will never go to this post office again. I will go out of my way to go somewhere farther because the workers are just plain rude!

Always a good experience when coming here. The attendant that particular day was super nice and helped me with my transaction. That is not always the case at other branches.

Whenever in the area, I will continue to come here.

Please do not trust mamai springs post office... I sent a money order through western union to the dmv for 450 dollars... I have a picture of the envelope before I dropped it in mamai springs inside drop box...everything was correct on the envelope..well it never made it to the dmv....long story short...someone not only cashed and stole my money order...but didn't even have to sign it on the back..Wells Fargo just cashed it for them...they also opened my mail...and mamai springs post office never got it to the dmv in Tallahassee....be very careful sending out mail through this post office...its been a nightmare for me... I will NEVER USE THIS POST OFFICE AGAIN!

As a Miami Springs resident, I have used the USPS services at the local branch for many years and always had a pleasant experience. There is never a line and the staff is very nice and helpful. I recently had to ship an international package and Maylin went above and beyond to help me. She was super patient and guided me throughout the entire process. Thanks to her kindness I was able to successfully send the package and saved a lot of money by sending via International Express!! Very happy with the USPS office in Miami Springs

Usually have a good experience here...Renee is excellent and really friendly. There was another teller, Stephanie, who seemed like she was either having a bad day, or didn't know how to do her job because she couldn't answer some basic questions I had about the difference between Priority and a Certified Receipt...she kind of had a thousand yard stare and seemed really checked out...a shame, considering that everyone else there is lovely & really helpful.

Recommend this post office, just avoid Stephanie and make sure to go to one of the other tellers.

Very nice small full service postal office in Downtown Miami Springs. Street parking. Very friendly staff. Always not crowded.

Giving it 1 start because there is no option for -0- stars. This is an ongoing issue!!!! I have been waiting for several packages and although tracking shows delivered the packages are not getting to me on time. They get here 1 week after the fact. Ive been waiting for over 1 month for a package and tracking has it going back and forth between Miami and FT. Lauderdale post office. As of last Friday tracking shows that jt was delivered but nothings has been delivered as of yet. Another package I am waiting on also shows delivered last Friday, yet nothing is here. Last month I had the same issue with ither packaged. Ever since our regular carrier was changed the mail delivery has gone to shambles. I dont know what is going on but this is unacceptable. Hire more people if you are short staffed but make sure they are competent!
