Very nice staff. Rates are excellent as compared to FedEx and UPS. You will be able to send documents as early as overnight and even then the rate will be much less as compared to other services. They always been reliable for me. You can make an online account for payments if you post a lot of things. Place is nice. You can just drop off or go in and hand it over the envelopes yourself. Parking is usually always available

I have always experienced courteous service at this post office and my carriers are friendly and efficient.
ONLY COMPLAINT.....Today one of the workers was not wearing a mask. That is dangerous for me and your other customers who ARE wearing masks to protect our essential workers. I hope this will be corrected so I can post a 5 star review as usual

I believe my courier is stealing my mail. I was waiting for a package delivery and only received the shipping label in baggy in my mailbox. I confronted her with it and was given 2 bs stories about it had the wrong shipping label weight, and then went to oh it was hanging of the box and she pulled it off of my package/box! She didn't even knock on my door or anything to show it to me. And my rent check was also stolen. We live in a very friendly neighborhood , and we watch out for each other. Time to take action.

The workers in this Brooksville usps office are pretty much friendly these recent months, (I give a 3 🌟 🌟 🌟 ),
however the amazon orders packages recently has been delivered in BAD condition. Envelopes have been tampered with, either crushed or cut opened.
Some things delivered are crushed with a foot print on the envelopes. MAIL carriers, (zero 🌟 ) Please quit your job if you are not happy.
You are being paid to do your job!!! What is becoming of this world? Isn't it bad enough already? Come on guys, you all cud do better for PEOPLE.

Multiple complaints have been made to this post office about mail being placed in the wrong mailboxes and even left on the ground. So far they do not seem to care since it continues to happen. I have never seen a more mismanaged and uncaring postal service.

We have been going to this Post Office for over 20 years and have had 3 different carriers during that time. The Postal carriers have been the best we have ever had anywhere in the US.
I have been going into to this PO on a regular basis during the 20 years and except for 2 or 3 times they were out of stamps (imagine that) the employees have been courteous and helpful. They have gone out of their way to help with price adjustments and anything else I needed. We also mail 100's of large envelopes there every year through our business and none have been lost or damaged.

Within in one week a package for me was delivered to another house and a package for another house was delivered to me. I've called this location 2 days in a row nonstop to let them know there is a "time sensitive" package wrongly delivered to my house. No one picks up. So I left a note in my mailbox to let the mailperson know the wrong package is on my porch. The note is gone and yet the package remains on my porch. Can't get anyone at the PO on the phone, leaving notes don't work. Also that 800# number is a joke—hold time 45 minutes!

Received my priority mail envelope on 08/06/21 that contains US passport in my mailbox. The envelop was partially wet. After opening the envelope notice that passport is damp and cannot close fully! All other mails were dry.
The priority mail envelope may have gotten wet during transit. Such envelope should be water proof or in a waterproof bag. Reckless service.
USPS learn your lesson from UPS, FedEX and Amazon. Using usps is my last options. Will contact Passport office, see what should I do.
Please look at your rating on your website!
It is time to close down the post offices. Will write to US postmaster general.
