Had a package delivered at 1 PM today said it was delivered to mailbox which is a lie as it is to big for mailbox. It was dropped outside. I have requested packages be left in my entranceway every other delivery service does that and it started raining right after she left it and I and it got soaked.

This location has no drop off bin for THEIR priority medium box. Then they wonder why people are using other mail carriers.

Arrived at local post office at 4 am and it’s now 5:43 pm and tracking doesn’t even show that it’s out for delivery on Friday Sept. 30th. Shame on you.

This post office has waged war on their customers. This is the worst post office in Brooksville, and this is saying a lot.

They refuse to follow delivery instructions, stuff mailboxes with junk mail, damage mail, deface mail, and damage boxes!

These people hate you, the customer. You are a burden to them, and they have no incentive to act properly or do their jobs. It doesn't take much to follow directions and act courteous. It doesn't take much to bring valuable items to the door and it doesn't take any effort to NOT DAMAGE OR DEFACE PACKAGES!

Everyone in this facility should be fired except for Mr Stan Lee.

The delivery instructions are written on the actual shipping label and this mail carrier and post office refuses to follow these simple and convenient directions. And they refuse to allow us to move our mailbox on our side of the street. They simply do not care and they hate their customers. Read the other reviews. This is not just me.

I think customers should petition the postmaster of both this location and the Cortez ave location to be fired. They don't even deserve their pensions.

Enough is enough. Time to fight back against these terrible post offices and their staff who think that their customers are pieces of trash.

UPDATE November 2022:
The new manager is a horrible person. Her name is Kristen Brown. She does not accommodate persons with disability and she lies. She even went so far as to make derogatory comments about my cat! A ragamuffin! The sweetest and nicest animal on earth! She is a nasty, manipulative creep who refuses to do anything that would benefit the customer and like I said before, considers us "trash". My hope is that she gets fired. She creates a culture of conflict and a hostile environment for customers.

We shouldn't have to tolerate this stuff. There is absolutely a culture of contempt at the Brooksville locations that demonize customers with physical ailments and disabilities.

I have had nothing but a great experience from this post office. There are never lines, the staff are super nice and my mail carrier, Virginia, is the most AMAZING person ever. Her boss, Mike, is also wonderful and has helped me when I've had large shipments ( I run an e-commerce business). I also have a PO box at this location for the past 9 years and have never had an issue. It's been great.

USPS is the ONLY carrier that won't deliver to my door. Amazon, UPS, and FedEx have no issues, but USPS just leaves a slip saying the package couldn't be delivered.

I needed a package by Monday with late notice, so my family sent it priority. It arrived Friday, but of course they wouldn't deliver it, so I checked on the tracking number and it said I could pick it up 8:30am to 1:00pm on Saturday. I arrived at 12:20pm to find all their signs had been changed (recently it looked like, since one just had a piece of tape with the "12:00pm" written on it taped over what I assume used to be "1:00pm") and said 8:30am-12:00pm Saturdays for package pickup. They don't open again till 8:30am Monday by which time I'll already be at the airport, heading out on my trip WITHOUT my package that my family paid priority to get to me in time.

I tried calling them, but the only numbers they are brave enough to post are the ones for the general USPS help line, which after 15 minutes of menus told me to expect a call back in 1-3 business days.

While the people who work here have been nice every time I've gone in, and I'd rate the workers highly, the business itself gets 0 stars from me for not driving down my driveway that every other service does, as well as for having inaccurate information on their website, and finally for not having an easy way to contact their location.

Tried to drop off a light package with rubber grapes in box. Packages weight was less then a pound. Box was Sm/medium size and they stated they were not able to take box due to size. They never tried to check weight. Wanted me to pay for additional packaging witch cost more then items in box. They stated Facebook is known for ripping off the post office. Buyer paid for shipping for items over 5 pounds as before they stated if using Facebook to choice next weight class to be safe. Very disappointed in the customer service here.

Well, check this one out. I lost my EBT card and new one was mailed on the 7th of October and it is the 21 of October. After not receiving anything I called Children and Family and to my surprise the mail career is the one who lost my mail. I had no idea that the mail people on this route was such idiots until now.
