The worst post office. They are not organized, they do not have adequate control over the management, it is the second time they have lost one of my packages because they always change their delivery area or they simply do not want to receive it for you. the laziness of the employees plus the rudest way to treat the customer, go to work somewhere else if you're unhappy there, or just stop stealing the benefits of working there when we're the ones paying to do your job.

The absolute worst post office location if you want to ship something you have to pay them to put tape on your package which just sounds like the employees trying to make something on the side. I've been to multiple post office location and never had this happen.

Horrible post office. Customer service is horrible. They claimed they have delivered my package and never did (as I have cameras). No resolution just bad service. I try to avoid usps but if I have to, the Margate location is a definitely no no, worse in history.

Worst USPS office ever!. They loose packages all the time, then the tracking system have them as "Delivered" but it is all false.
This is the worst office i have had in my life. i wish i could choose another one, but i can't. Avoid USPS as much as you can!
This people don't deserve the job, benefits and payment they enjoy.
OFF with them! Fire them! Close that office down!

If you live in an apartment complex with no elevator they won't deliver to your door. They'll make you go pickup your packages.

I had pre-paid postage that needed to be printed. The kiosk did recognize the QR code or manual input. I took it to the counter, the clerk said she couldn't accept the packages because they had old mailing labels, which would have been covered by the new mailing label.

I left without mailing my stuff despite having pre-paid and having everything ready to go. I've never had this much trouble at UPS or FedEx. I won't be going back to USPS.

They never answer the phone. Ever. I waited in line for 20 minutes to buy international stamps only to be told they didn't have any. I asked where else I could buy them, and they said only at the post office. So, there's no international stamps to be found. Since they never answer the phone, I can't call ahead of time to check if they're back in stock. So I am supposed to just drive down here and waste gas and time to wait in line on the hope they'll finally have what they're supposed to be selling?

Not at all organized and makes you wait for nothing. Whoever delivers the mail is incredible lazy too. They said they couldn’t deliver my package and it was available for pickup, and me, rushing over to get what I needed today went to go pick it up, stood there for over 20 minutes and was just told it would be delivered tomorrow. I don’t understand why they would tell me to pick it up in the first place if they were just going to deliver it the next day
