Petco has everything I need for my critters. The calendar is worth buying, it if full of great coupons in the back! I love shopping the clearance and the “oops!” stickers for great deals! Store is always clean, and the staff is the best! If you need help or have questions they will help you! Grooming does a great job there. And if you have a dog that needs some manners, go there, the dog trainer is awesome! Overall, best pet store in town!

Only good for pet food (sometimes), toys, and treats. Never buy reptiles from them. I don't want to be too rude because I'm only 14, however, last year, (2021) on August 7th, I bought a ball python from Petco. I wasn't oblivious and I knew the risks of buying a snake from Petco. Exactly a week of owning him I noticed he had mites, so of course I called the store, and they said to bring him in and they'll have a look at him, so I did just that. They told me to return him and I did. He was super sweet and calm, but I didn't know if he was only so calm because he was super sick. Anyways I got my money back and as I'm going to leave, I over hear the manager behind me say, "Put it back on the shelf, it's not dead, it still has value."

EXCUSE ME? WHAT. The snake never received the help it desperately needed and got treated like an item for profit. That was a life used for only money.... they didn't care.... I guarantee he's probably dead and I feel god awful for not doing anything. So life lesson. Don't buy reptiles from Petco. Please. Don't support in their cruel ways of treating these poor creatures...

Iggy baby, I know you're an animal and can't read, but wherever you are, dead or alive, I wish all the best for you, my sweet, sweet boy. Mama loves you so dearly and you deserve so much more than what the world could ever offer. Rest easy baby.. 💖

Their grooming salon is a joke. They send you 10 texts before the actual appointment and then when you show up, our doodle had some mats on his face and leg which were pointed out. you would think before they allowed us to drive off and leave him there, that they’d do a better job and looking closer to ensure they’re able to shave it off. But no not this joke of a place.
Instead, the groomer has the manager call 45 minutes after the appointment (and after we drive away to go to work) to say the mat needs to be cut by a vet because it’s too deep and therefore they won’t be able to do any wash/cut/nail trim service. Thank you for inconveniencing our work schedules! Thank you for not doing a better job while we are IN THE STORE discussing the cut and matting.

Don’t waste your time here. There are a ton of other groomers! Or feel free to go and be totally inconvenienced.

I have to admit, expect nothing but walk away one the happiest pet owners ever for a simple grooming.

Sam, the artist who handled my dog was spectacular. She not only handled the dog amazingly, with true love and respect for my dog, but me as well.

Sam went ABOVE and BEYOND trying to assist me the first visit. When I did reschedule, SAM remembered us both.

My dog, was excited, happy and honestly probably the best she's looked in years.

Thank you for making this an amazing visit and securing our time going forward.

I absolutely love taking my dogs for their grooming here.
Sam is always amazing and loving towards them. My dogs may hate water but I trust they're in the best hands. I also love the convince of the veterinarian in store.

If 0 stars was available, I’d choose it. Bought a parakeet from them and I went there 3 times to get her leg band removed after being told by like 5 people that they remove them. Girl tried to take it off and said “the bird was biting” her. The bird was super calm so taking the band off shouldn’t have been a problem. She then said take it to vetco and they would do it. I call vetco the next morning and they say they don’t take exotic animals even though it says so on their website and the girl savannah said confidentiality that they can. Spoke with the store manager the next morning as he said they don’t remove them because of policy. Super unhelpful, rude, and needs to train his staff better. I will never shop at a petco again, I would much rather go to pet smart. I’ve purchased plenty of birds and after they’ve been purchased the ring is no longer necessary and can cause damage to the leg when growing. Will be calling their corporate and complaining of lack of knowledge from all of their employees. Store manager is to blame the most as he just kept saying it’s policy. Wasted my gas going there 3 times to get this issue taken care of and nothing. Please go elsewhere rather than wasting your time here and getting terrible customer service and no knowledge of how to sell an animal.

Nice clean location with lots of parking and good stores nearby. Staff is helpful and well-informed. Tanks are well kept, and there is a good selection of healthy fish and aquatic plants.

The only issue is the system for getting fresh crickets - you checkout, then wait at the front for the crickets to be prepared (at the back of the store). This creates a backlog and uncertainty as to how long you may be waiting around after you've already paid.

Brought my dog here for grooming today because everyone else is booked out for at least a week. Now I know why they had availability. My dog’s haircut is horrible!! We were called and told she was done and when we got there- they were still trimming long spots all over her. She now has clipper lines all over. A bald patch on the back of her neck and there is long patches of hair all over her. They didn’t even trim parts of her that we specifically asked for. Advice for others- wait for availability at one of the good shops!! This cost almost $100 and I could have done it better myself at home!
