EXCUSE ME? WHAT. The snake never received the help it desperately needed and got treated like an item for profit. That was a life used for only money.... they didn't care.... I guarantee he's probably dead and I feel god awful for not doing anything. So life lesson. Don't buy reptiles from Petco. Please. Don't support in their cruel ways of treating these poor creatures...

Instead, the groomer has the manager call 45 minutes after the appointment (and after we drive away to go to work) to say the mat needs to be cut by a vet because it’s too deep and therefore they won’t be able to do any wash/cut/nail trim service. Thank you for inconveniencing our work schedules! Thank you for not doing a better job while we are IN THE STORE discussing the cut and matting.
Don’t waste your time here. There are a ton of other groomers! Or feel free to go and be totally inconvenienced.
Sam, the artist who handled my dog was spectacular. She not only handled the dog amazingly, with true love and respect for my dog, but me as well.
Sam went ABOVE and BEYOND trying to assist me the first visit. When I did reschedule, SAM remembered us both.
My dog, was excited, happy and honestly probably the best she's looked in years.
Thank you for making this an amazing visit and securing our time going forward.
Sam is always amazing and loving towards them. My dogs may hate water but I trust they're in the best hands. I also love the convince of the veterinarian in store.
The only issue is the system for getting fresh crickets - you checkout, then wait at the front for the crickets to be prepared (at the back of the store). This creates a backlog and uncertainty as to how long you may be waiting around after you've already paid.
