Petco

A great place to find a new friend, or to get supplies for your current pets. The store has a large selection of pet foods, toys, supplies, cages, tanks and everything else you will need to take care of your pet. The aisles are neat and clean and all shelves were well stocked sir during my visit. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the pets that they care for.

I went there for some fish for my aquarium. The staff noticed me browsing and asked me if I needed any help. This was nice, because I usually have to search the entire store at other pet centers to find someone to help. While I was being taken care of, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made great recommendations based off of their experiences with their tanks and their passion for aquariums rekindled mine. Not every store does that. They have a good crew and another happy customer.

Immediately entering Petco, I was welcomed by the cashier (I don't remember his name)! I had to look for someone to help me with the fish. The cashier informed me Jared would be right with me. Jared asked who was first, and this woman between us, lied. Jared looked at my expression and said he would be right back with more help. He returned and immediately helped me. I was pleased by Jared's knowledge of fish, growth rate to tank size, recommendation of other fish, and an option to order fish. I was very happy by the cashier's service of the discount applied and updated my contact number at checkout, due to being a Petco customer. This place is my new go to place. Thanks!

It was very nice to see the animals are taken care of at this petco. All of the tanks had animals munching on fresh food. I purchased some cat food for my babies at home and have returned for a water fountain. As most cat lovers know, the cat sections are usually lacking- but this Petco has a pretty decent selection of cat trees, bowls, food and treats and a impressive selection of toys to keep your baby busy. Definitely recommend!

I bought my pet freshwater fish here. The fish were in good health when I purchased them, and they are thriving in my aquarium. The choices of fishes are plenty. Too bad they don't offer saltwater varieties. That's ok, there's a nearby fish store that carries saltwater fishes. Aquarium supplies are frequently on sale. Sign up for membership to earn the rewards.

After looking on-line for an item and seeing it was in stock, I visited this store. After looking around I asked the cashier for assistance. She was unable to find the item and said it's probably in the back. She then went up front and called the back and made multiple announcements over the store intercom that a customer needing assistance at the front. Eventually someone emerged and appeared to be still chewing food. He then told me they didn't have the item. When I showed him the "in stock" on the web page, he said it may be in back but they have too many boxes and said the web site information is "basically useless". I pointed out that more then half the shelves on this isle were empty and then found out the he was an assistant manager named Dan, who instead of making sure shelves were stocked or finding items in the back that customers were ready to purchase, he would likely be going back to finish his breakfast. I will actively avoid this store.

I went in 30 minutes before they close and they didn't give me an attitude. They helped us get our dog a new name tag and we were out before closing time. They didn't mind my dog's breed and even pet him. Gambino felt loved in Petco!
