This store at Legacy place is great. Large store with very friendly and helpful staff. Large variety of supplies for all types of animals including food, cages, carriers, terrariums, and other equipment for pets. Grooming and dog training available. On Saturdays they usually have an adoption agency come in with dogs and/or cats looking for homes. They also typically have kitties available for adoption even on non-agency adoption days. You can bring animals in the store as long as they are on a leash. Crickets available. Ample parking close by. Staff will help you to your car with large items like heavy pet food bags or kitty towers. Good rewards program that offer $5 off when you reach enough points. Sign up for rewards program to get emails on special sales both online and in store. Special rewards member pricing on certain items is also available

Been looking for white krinkle balls for cats for a friend, but can't find what she wants. Anyway, bought a pink two door medium sized pet cargo carrier for my cats on sale online and picked it up in the store to save money. Happy with the product. Also got a nice leopard print mat for just $6.99 for the inside of the carrier. Cats like it.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! The groomers remember my dog and visit with her if I am in the store 🦮

Grooming here is the worst. They’ve cancelled on me multiple times. Find a local groomer and support local business.

There is one worker his name is Sol which is really helpful and goes above and beyond for someone. But the reason I give 3 stars is because the rest that works there seem to run away from you so they dont have to help you. Seems weird.

Just picked this guy up here. I know a lot of the staff. For a big pet store they take good care of their animals.

This location has the friendliest staff who have helped me rehabilitate a sick betta fish I took in from a friend. I bought a 14 gallon tank (that was 50% off!), black sand, live plants, water conditioner, aquarium salt, bacterial infection remedies, etc. Sol was very knowledgeable and helpful.
*This store unfortunately tends to be under stocked in the fish department but I am in no rush.

Everyone that works there is quite knowledgeable and friendly. Found what I needed and was treated very well by everyone working there.
