Bought several koi from them over past couple weeks, and we lost one after two days, fish wasn’t acting right from the time i put it in pond and was monitoring it. I went back and asked about an exchange and they then told me there was no guarantee on fish. Anything can happen. Please tell me that when i make the purchase! You could have done the right thing after I spent over $100 on ornamental fish. Most pet stores will test the water and gladly exchange a lost fish within a certain time period. Especially two days.

Nowhere on my receipt does it state this. Also, you should mention that to your customers if that’s the case. Even if it’s only a ten dollar fish. i purchased over 100 dollars worth on more than one trip, and this was a $20 dollar koi. Receipt pictured, purchased 3 fish on this trip. only receipt that i was given.

I had not been in for a few months. I had started to go to another location which is farther, but the reason was a cashier was non friendly, not welcoming, and when I asked a question, her response/tone was kinda rude and off putting like she did not want to be there or even have me in her presence. Fast forward to like 2 weeks ago, I happened to be near and decided to go back in to save me a far drive to the other place. I went in and I saw I believe one of the owners (male) who said hello to me then Jay appeared.... Jay is an employee who was energetic, motivated, and helpful. His energy alone was great. If he does not know the answer to your question, HE WILL FIND THE SOLUTION/ANSWER for you. I tell you what a difference. I felt a breath of fresh air like YESSSSSS I am going back because the last time was uncomfortable. Positive energy matters, people who care matters and J showed he did. The fact I wrote this shows how much I appreciate it, thank you! Oh and yes I received what I wanted :)

TOP NOTCH!!!! THE BEST!!!! I took my kiddos in to get fish after seeing minows at the springs so we had to have fish. My special needs child had a break down because of the birds, unknown trigger to me. The guy helping us could not have e been better. I don't know his name but he was amazing.......we got out with fish and a calmed down kiddo. The lady behind d the counter even gave them snack pack of gummies and we got to feed the squirrels.

If you go to this store I recommend buying NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a really cool fish for $39.99 and it died in 8 hours. There place smells like S**T. They say they get new animals ever Tuesday 😂 for the poor animals just to die the next week. This store is cemetery for animals sadly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PETCO OR PETSMART.

We are moving to the area so we decided to find the local reptile shops.
Sense everyone seems to care about the smell, it smells like a reptile store that sells small mammals. Don't know what else to tell ya. That's what they all smell like. I did see a few darkling beetles but the cages and animals seem to be in good shape and the girl working there when we popped in seem to know a lot about what was in the store.

All in all it seems like a good place and I will be returning when we get moved in!

A couple of months ago, I was here to buy crickets, and the staff I dealt with was awful. Rude and unhelpful. I decided to give this place another try and was helped by Michelle. She was a breath of fresh air. Extremely professional and courteous. The whole feel of the place is so much better now thanks to the new management.

Horrible place. Definitely will not be giving any money and hope you don’t either. Worst animals I’ve ever seen. Snake was dead in cage, none had hides or humidity gauges. Worst shed I’ve ever seen for a Amazon tree boa. Absolutely unacceptable. Very sad. Needs to be shut down

They are not the cheapest, but I was in town that day and needed a rat for my snake. I popped in and seen they have a whole variety of different creatures. I got to see a baby grey squirrel and so much more. It's a neat place to look at potential new pets.
