Gentle Touch Pet Grooming

My dog is not scared of the staff and they make her comfortable and beautiful. My vet recommended them and we've been going every month since. My dog is important to me and very much loved!

Great grooming place for your dog. My dog loved it there and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My dog came out smelling great and looking even better. I will definitely be coming back here for his grooming!

I would give zero stars to this place if Google let me. We took our cat there TWICE with an appointment and they told us that the 'groomer wasn't there today and we needed to reschedule'. Okay we did that the first time and when we came back for the second rescheduled appointment, again ' groomer wasn't in'. Do you not groom cats? Is your website a lie? Calling your customers would be appreciated. Thank you

It was a good place to go when Amanda was running appointments.
I’ve been going there for 2 years and was happy but everything changed the last two times I went.
My dog was there for 4 hours just for a standard bath and they still didn’t call , I had to go there to find out why he wasn’t done.
They were unorganized and over booked themselves.
The owner was nasty and the price keeps going up from $30 to $52 .
Never going back !!

Absolutely amazing service. I have two cats … one is 18 and the other 9 I’ve had as a rescue for 6 years but was abused. I was very nervous because I’ve never had them groomed, not knowing how they would react to another person besides me, and because of their each individual issues. Upon entering with my older cat I was immediately put at ease when I met Missy and how she introduced herself to my girls before handling them. They took to her so well and she said they were very well behaved and I was so happy to hear that. She even gave my rescue a little break during the bath because she was getting a little stressed. Unbelievable service will definitely be back.

They advertise walk ins for nails 10$ from 10-4, except, everytime I have gone there they turn me away and ask me to come back between 1 and 2 and sometimes at 3 each time I've gone I have paid a different price. And the clincher, I asked to make an appointment for my rescue puppy to be washed, he was too busy talking to the two tiny dogs to come in to listen to me, I saw their appointment book, empty. He asked for my number, gave them my number, he wrote it on a post it note and said I would get confirmation. They never called or text me. They don't want to wash large dogs just the tiny dogs. Cannot recommend this place.

Carlee did a fantastic job grooming our wire fox terrier. She was outstanding. I highly recommend Gentle Touch Pet Grooming.

I have taken my pup to Gentle Touch grooming for years. They take a long time and $80 but really liked the shape. Last two grooms were bad and discovered groomer left. Tried to help out new groomer with photos, but this is what they did to my dog Friday. 4 months ago after a groom and now. Didn't follow her card, cut her lashes off. Shaved her ears off. I already took the bow/bandana off that I tell them to save for someone else. They think it's same and great. Want me to bring her back in to "fix" her. Wouldn't let them Touch her. Consider other options.
