Serene Reef

I happened upon the listing last night and am ecstatic to have another local supplier and resource. The large location is easy to get to and I love the layout and prices.

Everything is well organized and the owner was happy to answer my many newbie questions. She never got impatient and was excited to share her knowledge. She was willing to explain and show me her quarantine area, which goes a long way with establishing trust.

Although the selection is somewhat limited, what to stock first has been extremely well chosen. There is a good selection of corals and a pretty good selection of fish. It's not the overstocked tanks I'm used to seeing, but that's a good thing. Every fish looked happy and healthy.

Great selection with regular shipments, very fairly priced, knowledge owner who will help you on your journey to a beautiful saltwater tank. Quarantines fish and can even quarantine and help YOUR sick fish, which is almost unheard of.

She needs to add more tags for online searchability, didn't know this place existed after years of living in the area.

Nice set up, beautiful coral at a really good price. Went looking for a new addition to my marine tank, had a certain type I wanted but wouldn't be available for a few more days. They were in quarantine and made me super happy that they do this, not a lot of places do and you don't want to make your other marine fish sick. Needless to say, I will be going back in a few days.

I visited this store after a reef tank crash seeking advice after having been many other marine stores. After speaking with the owner, it was clear I had finally come to the right place. She took the time to break down potential problems and explain the correct course of action. Once the tank could stabilize life, I experienced a massive Dino outbreak. The owner further assisted me with her many years of experience, and I was able to eradicate all Dino’s in just four weeks. After adding new fish, it was apparent that I had some jumpers and an immediate need for a net cover. After running into fabrication problems, serene reef pulled through again. I could not find the exact parts that I was looking for online and the owner went out of her way to custom make the parts for me. I could go on. With the help of serene reef, my tank looks better than it ever has before. My corals and fish are happy, plump, and colorful! If your a reefer or marine hobbyist, I highly encourage you to stop by serene reef for all of you aquarium needs.

Helpful staff will discuss coral care with you. Prices on corals are a Little high but they aren’t a big box store so it’s good to support small business

Gotta say ever since G took over control of the store, it has improved dramatically. Before, coral selection was a little iffy but now there are some AMAZING pieces for sale, many of which G has grown himself, and at great prices too. Fish selection is also great and G can usually help you get anything you want to get your hands on, definitely recommend!

Serene Reef comes highly recommended!! Smitty opened his store for our homeschool co-op and taught the kids (and us) all about coral and fish. He is so incredibly knowledgeable and patient! The set up in the store is amazing - so much space and so peaceful. He has everything you need to start or complete your tank! The coral and fish are impeccably cared for.
