Took my dog Angel here for a full groom. Best decision I've made for his grooming! He's a little shihpoo and only 2 years old so he can be a little "nervous/moves a lot" but Lisa did such an amazing job! I couldn't be happier. The lady at the cash register (I don't remember her name) was so sweet. She was polite and made me feel welcomed. Amazing customer service and amazing groomer. I already have another appointment booked!🥰

They are very helpful and they know what to recommend for my two fur babies. I just wish they would let you order online and deliver.

OK here's the best way to describe my experience: their dog treats are SO GOOD that my two fur kids are fighting over the EMPTY BAG ! Great variety of healthy treats for your canine companion. I only stopped in for treats, but at a glance I saw an impressive selection of extremely high quality dog food. Wonderful little shop. Definitely will be back.

I took my dog here for a haircut due to not having the best time at pet smart. The pet smart employees told me that my dog was "difficult". She's a small bichon poodle who is quite shy, I've cut her hair myself before & she just is simply nervous. I decided to try woofgang instead to see if it would make a difference & the staff member told me that she was so well behaved and calm the whole time. It was such a relief to find a new place that clearly had patience & empathy for my dog. I left knowing that when I take her there, she would always be in good hands. This is most likely why they are always fully booked for haircuts & you have to schedule far in advance, but its worth it!

Also, my dog loves the treats they have here! Normally she is pretty sensitive & get's sick from certain ingredients but we have never had issues after giving her these treats in the bakery. It's now my go to place & I'm happy to see they have so many locations as well now that I've moved. Thanks again for a great experience for myself & my pup!

My dog has been going here for years not only for grooming but for our downtown Celebration "dates". All the ladies are professional and make me feel like a part of their family not just another customer. I have been able to special order food for my dog with no issues. I want to thank all of them for caring so much about my pets! If I could, I would rate one million stars for taking care of me and my pets!

The staff was so sweet and helpful! It was our dogs 4th birthday and they greeted us and said Happy Birthday to him. Such a cute place for dog treats but also lots of other stuff to get for your four leg friends! (Pictured are the toys we got in a little Happy Birthday pack) & a hilarious mug we got too

Overpriced and unprofessional. I'd brought my puppy here three times for grooming and the third was the final straw.

The first time was with the new groomer, Anita, and was great. We wanted our fuzzy boy shaved down for the summer but she said she didn't want him to get sunburn, so we agreed on a length. She complimented his personality and looks and even asked for his breeder's info because she was wanting a big boy like ours.

The second time was with the more seniored stylist (can't remember her name) and that was ok-- he wasn't cut as much as we had wanted, but he still looked cute.

The third time was back to Anita and it was a complete 180 from their first time together. First of all, Anita took two hours to give him a trim, not a cut, and it was raining. His hair was still super long and got disgusting immediately upon leaving the shop. Anita also complained that he was now too rambunctious and had too much energy. We asked if they could take our dog back the next day to cut more because we weren't satisfied and they said no, we'd have to book another $80 appointment. So we ended up paying for a service we had called and complained about-- no apologies or offer of other solutions from management and/or owner. Our dog was neutered three days later and our vet made a comment about mysterious scratch marks on him. We'd done nothing differently and hadn't seen him scratching himself, so the only thing we could think was about his "report" from Anita.

Definitely never going back there. We had a much more pleasant experience at the Petco on Vineland and they honored our request to cut our puppy's hair short AND was reasonably priced.
