Elizabeth, sweet cashier, at Fernandina Beach pet store on Saturday evening, was so helpful. We just adopted dog from Nassau Humane Society and needed supplies. The store was clean and offered plenty of items to become responsible pet owner.

Alex is the best. Always so helpful and friendly. Remembers what food I buy for my dogs. Definitely worth the trip for such friendly and knowledgable staff.

TJ did a perfect job of helping me find what I needed, helped me feel heard and understood, and really showed his best interest in my dog and I. Please give that guy a raise because I applaud him and his work!

Love this store and this staff. Super helpful. Alex is the best manager ever! I had so many problems with the water for my Glofish and he worked with me for over a week to get it right. He personally tested the water, helped me find all the perfect supplies and now a month later, I still find it so relaxing to watch these beautiful fish. Thanks Alex, Cat and all the staff for working with this rookie fish owner, ya'll are the best!

What a rip off. I would have left no stars if I could. 30 day return policy. I bought a pet carrier that cost almost $100. It was the wrong size and was not used. I had to go out of town so returned it just barely over the 30 day limit, and because of their "company policy" my refund was only $75. Their "policy" is on mats by the registers, which was covered by the carrier at the time of purchase, were not pointed out in any way. The employees should say something about the "policy" when something that is high dollar like this is purchased. I will NEVER shop at a Petco again. Bad customer service and bad company policy.

This is my go to pet store! Alex does such a great job, All the employees are always extremely friendly and helpful, we are always greeted when we walk in the door. The store is always clean and well organized, its so easy to find everything that I go in looking for. My dogs enjoy going into the store and as a dog trainer, I take my client dogs with me as well sometimes its great exposure for them and the staff always makes us feel welcome. Such a good team is really the outcome of how great their management is!
