Awesome store. The staff are all very helpful especially Sophie. She knows everything about the fish, turtles 🐢 🐠 🐚 and hermit crabs. She’s also very well versed on puppies and dogs and what they need. But like I said, everyone, including Mgt is so helpful and ALWAYS with a smile! My dog 🐕 and I love going in there.

Love this place, wish I would of found it earlier. If you join their rewards program, you get coupons in the mail all the time. Saves me so much money since I now have 3 senior dogs that I rescued in the past couple of years.

Love taking my dog for a bath. Cheap and convenient when you live in an apartment and own a big dog.
Dog food prices are reasonable and large variety.
They sell supplies for other pets too.

I love this store! The new manager there (I forgot her name) is amazing, she is very knowledgeable on all the food brands!! All the staff is always lovely and kind when I come in! This is the best location

I have been a regular customer of Pets Plus in Coconut Creek and easily spend $60 monthly on pet supplies. On Wednesday, November, 9th, 2022 I went to Pets Plus for crickets for my bearded dragon. Their hours online show as Monday - Saturday 9am - 9pm and Sunday 9am - 6pm. Due to the storm, the store was closing early at 7pm. I arrived at 6:40 pm and noticed they had really beautiful parakeets. I went up to the only available store clerk named Nydine and asked her to get them for me while my husband went to get the bird cage I have with me. Nydine went to the back room and told her manager i was asking for a bird and i heard the manager say “Right now, I’m not taking the bird out. You can take the bird out”. Nydine came back and told me she couldn’t sell me a bird because the store was closing at 7pm. I asked why, because it was currently 6:45pm, and she told me it was because of the storm. I asked if it was because she was afraid to take the bird out and let her know that I have had birds for years and would be able to take them out. Nydine then said she could not. I found this unreasonable because we had 15 minutes to complete the purchase and in the past it has not taken more than 10 when I have bought birds. I asked Nydine for her manager's name, as I was also bothered by the attitude she had. Nydine refused and told me she would not tell me her manager’s name and told me I needed to leave.

The close the self grooming station way before closing time. That’s something employees should take care as part of their after hours closing duties. They wasted my time. Drove there for nothing. I’ll make sure I go elsewhere now

I love the store. You'll find everything you need for your furry and slimy children.... It's well stocked and decorated.

My Nacho felt very loved on his birthday shopping spree at pet supplies plus!! They had everything he wanted and some extra stuff!! Love love love the surprise boxes!!
