When my dad passed in 2012, being an only child and supporting my mom it was something I’ve never been faced with. It was 2 o’clock in the morning and I had no idea what I was doing or who to call. I reached out to them and within an hour and a half they were there. So very compassionate and caring. They came to my moms house sat with her at the table went over things and just showed so much thoughtfulness. When my mom passed in 2019 there is no doubt in my mind on who was going to take care of this for me because now I was by myself taking care of this and they sat out in the hall till 3 o’clock in the morning until I was done saying goodbye to my mom. There are no words during a time like this that you can even wrap your head around on how to handle this but we end up doing it and I’m so very thankful that Casket & Gallery was there to make it a little bit easier for me. Over the years I have used Casket Gallery & Cremation. First was my Step Father's casket in 2005, Mother's casket 2006, & Father in law's cremation 2014... I have referred them to family & friends who also have used their services... Bobby Thomas & staff are always caring professionals who walk you thru this process with dignity & fairness while others are out for their own pockets in an already difficult time... I highly recommend them!! The funeral homes wanted to charge in some cases 3-4 times more than what we actually paid with Casket Gallery... Do yourself a favor & call them!!
