My family and I had such a wonderful experience with Baldwin Brothers. They are so kind and compassionate. We had a lovley memorial service for my father. They worked with us on pricing and didn't try to sell us on any additional items. Thank you David Comoletti for helping us through this difficult time. 10 out of 10 would recommend them for funeral services.

Ms. Christine Johns was PHENOMENAL throughout the process with me! Before contacting this facility I was unsure about the process and dealing with sadness so I wasn't sure how I was going to push through. After speaking to Christine for the first time I was extremely comfortable with moving forward. Her genuine kindness, compassion and the way she guided me through it all was AMAZING! Very professional and lifted my spirit at the same time! I dont really leave reviews but she is worth it!!! She took great care of my dad and I!!!

We got preplanning services with Susane Campion. She is a great human being. She was very thoughtful and cared for our family. I only decided to go with Baldwin Brothers because of Susane. When we were shopping around other people/ companies were very pushy and wanted to upsell. And Susane felt like I was talking to a sincere human and very caring person that really care that’s why I decided to go with her. She deserves a 5 out 5 stars

The reason I’m giving a 4 out of 5 stars to Baldwin Brothers It’s due to some hiccups that were presented by the time off needing to use the services. And this was caused by the Funeral Director - Millie de Jesus treatment to me and my family… it seems that she only sees $$$ on peoples faces. Had to contact Millie’s manager who help us get everything straightened. I know this is a business and Millie is carrying it a such… but Millie never actually expressed her condolences to us. Not even in the multiple phone calls, or via email or anything.

I strongly believe Susane should be the funeral Director. She is The right person to deal with the families that are suffering the loss of a loved one.

Susan Campion guided my husband and me through the process of a pre-need funeral package with courtesy and professionalism, and no high-pressure sales tactics. Best prices that I found, too! Thanks so much! It's nice to know that funeral arrangements will not be something that our family will have to worry about when the Lord calls us home!

The funeral home in orlando personal they dont know how to work with family that r passing thru a pain of the lost of one of our love..Plus i asked the secretary that talk spanish another funeral home n she answered me they werent others ...(lie)..only for cremation ..N the other lady Director she was very rude for deal ...n we went to apopka funeral really they r the best i will give them all the scores to them ..very comprensive n great job ...THE BEST APOPKA...100 percient

My father was visiting us from Panama, unfortunately he passed away here, out of our country. This was our first experience losing a loved one and in a country where we know nothing about the process and we have to decide which options we have to take our dad home.
We found Baldwin Brothers, we got in touch with them, by phone everyone was amazing, we went on Sunday, there was a lady that was very helpful, even though she was waiting for another family. They told us we need to come on Monday and talk with Milly.
Monday we went and met Milly, what an horrible experience. I don't understand how a person like her can be working in a place where all people that requires their services are going through a lot. She was not comprehensive, talk to us in a very rude way, told us that everything was difficult to do.
Thanks God we decided to go to a new place, where were amazing.

I had contacted Tom Hoffman at Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society in Orlando regarding Cremation. I spoke on the phone with
Mr. Hoffman and met with him. He was very knowledgeable, kind and took his time to explain everything to me. I feel confident that I made the right decision for me to be cremated when the time comes. By handling this now my children will not need to deal with any of this because it will be handled appropriately by Baldwin Brothers.
