I am very pleased with the service I received from CGS. Sherry, Laura, and Tara were attentive , accommodating, and resourceful with the planning of my Dad's funeral. He was a veteran ; however, we were unable to locate his discharge papers. Since we had time constraints to have the memorial service to allow for out of town guests, CGS, particularly Tara, expidited the arrangements allowing for a beautiful memorial service. I would choose CGS again.

The memorial service that Mr. Lundy helped us plan and carry out during the recent passing of my mother was beautiful. Mr. Lundy helped us through every step. He was patient, warm, sincere, and knowledgeable. He asked questions about mom to get a feel for the type of woman she was. He involved the family as much as anyone wanted. All of the family was pleased. We felt it was what mom would have wanted and was a perfect tribute to her. Thank you.

When words fail, and the raw emotions of sadness, grief and the pain of loss set in, you want the best care!!!!!! There are no words to express how well Phillip represented Cox Gifford Seawinds, Vero Beach, during the recent death of my father!!!!!! (And Laura as well.) Full of compassion, wisdom and professionalism Phillip guided my family through this tragic time. We so appreciate him and Cox Gifford Seawinds. OUR FAMILY HIGHLY RECOMMENDS COX GIFFORD SEAWINGS.

I have now had two bad experiences at this facility. The first time I kept it to myself but with this second incident I felt it needed to be brought to light. There is one employee in particular who was extremely callous ON BOTH OCCASIONS. The same person, two separate funerals... was absolutely awful. They made a terrible time in our lives even worse. It’s a shame this person is allowed to handle such sensitive circumstances. If anyone there cares at all they will do something about Rachel; She is ruining the reputation of this business.

This funeral home provided a VERY professional and caring environment for our family when we needed it most. My father in law passed away and the receptionist was the kindest person you could ever imagine. She bent over backwards to answer questions and would get answers promptly if she did not know the answer. KRISTIN JEWELL was available for our family and was exceptionally professional and kind towards our family at any given time we called her. This funeral home provided service and expertise on the many calls and questions our family had for them. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

We recently had my dad's memorial service and cremation in vero beach florida. The staff was excellent and took the time to explain things to us. Their professionalism and attention to detail is very much appreciated.

The Cox-Gifford staff has, on three occasions, helped our a family through the difficult ordeal that accompanies the passing of a loved one. From the passing of my brother, nearly twenty years ago, to the most recent passing of my father their courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail has remained consistent. They have earned my trust and loyalty.

Worst customer service. ZERO people skills, rude, disrespectful staff. Unorganized, only called me back when I had another local funeral home call them to pick up my parents bodies, after they had been at Cox Gifford for over a month. (Parents died one day apart). The excuse we got after 2 weeks post death was that their crematory was broken-no communication about this-charged us a daily refrigeration fee. They were supposed to call my family before my parents were cremated, did not call regarding my mother-found out 5 days later. They told us they would not charge us in full until after my father was cremated, they charged us in full prior. Beware!!
