My experience with Aycock-Riverside was so much more than business. Everyone was so compassionate and professional. Beth was a amazing and helped me along the way step by step after the passing off my wife. I actually misunderstood how many people would show up to my wife’s celebration of life and Aycock folks did everything they could to bring in additional seating. The arrangements were beautiful and much more than I would have expected. Thank you Aycock-Riverside for a pleasant experience.

The staff was excellent, always promptly returned phone calls, offered advice that was valuable. Was surprisingly inexpensive for what was provided. Catered food was nicely presented, much more food than I had thought would be provided, and it was just right for the occasion. They made the whole process very comfortable for me.

Brilliant, compassionate staff. Our funeral director, Zoe, and her team went above and beyond to make my entire family feel welcomed and understood during our arrangement conference. Zoe asked questions we would’ve never thought of to include in the celebration otherwise. We are so grateful to the team bringing us water and coffee who made a sad day brighter. This is an Amazing team of people, I hope their leaders recognize their hard work.

Our family has been long-time clients of Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center. When my parents passed within 5 weeks of one another this year we were happy to know they had pre-planned their final wishes through Aycock. The staff could not have been better to my Mom (Dad passed first) and I. Mom was so upset after 70+ years together and everyone treated her with kindness and respect. We had a private viewing for my Mom and it was perfect. Mom passed 5 weeks later and I felt like I was family. Everyone remembered me and treated me with such compassion. Everything was handled promptly and professionally. We have both urns in our home now until we put Mom & Dad's final plan in place. My husband and I decided to work with Aycock/Dignity to pre-plan our final arrangements. Once again, beautifully handled. Options offered and our wishes respected. Highly recommend. Thankful to all we interacted with.

You helped us through the hardest days of our lives and brought us comfort and compassion. Not only did Aycock create the perfect memorial for us, they have helped us in so many ways throughout this entire process.
