Although new to FWB they have been in service in Pensacola for years. Very friendly and ready to help without pressuring you to buy packages and services beyond what you want or need. Their current price for direct cremation is $995 - which is nearly unheard of!! (6/30/22)

Up front service was good. But the makeup of my wife was a very bad job. The funeral home in Abilene TX had to redo her makeup. This was very hard on me and her son Larry to see her in this condition. We gave them a picture of her that we would like to see,no respect

Just attended my friends funeral. Centrally located, good parking. Affordable prices. Her family was glad to found them and one less thing to worry about: outrageous prices. The people who worked there were professional

I'm extremely emotional and very upset. My mother passed away on the 14th of sept, they were given a picture of my mother so they can make her look like in the picture. My mother then was flown to Texas and today the 20th we went to see mom what I saw was horrible. It was so bad looks as tho they just threw one color thick n heavy makeup on her face not even close to the picture we provided to the funeral home. The image of my mother the way she was hurtful and there was no thought or caring went into Mom appearance. Yes the gentlemen came out to our house, we also went to the office, and sent the picture via email. I showed him also the picture and just didn't seem in my opinion he cared. Bottom line, this was going to be the last time we see our love one for me My Mother and seeing her like that was traumatic, the gentleman we were working with asked if we could take a pic of her face . That comment broke the camel back. How dare you ask for
such pic of our love one. The lack of caring and respect or her and for my dad and I during this tough time is unacceptable. The funeral home in Texas agreed it wasn't so pretty and they took the time to addressed the horrible makeup and also took the time and did her nails. Finally my mother neck was very crooked, you would think they would pay more attention to details then their pocket book.

So beware when it comes to see your love one.
