I have used Valles services twice this year for my mother in law and for my uncle and I cannot be more greatful for the customer service, how sensitive that they are in these moments and helpful with every detail.

I had an excellent experience at a very difficult time. I was referred to them as my mother was on the verge of entering hospice. They were very clear about what they offered and reasonably priced in a marketplace filled with very variable pricing (price changes before or after time of death). I had someone from a competitor visit me in the hospital and they were more than double the price. I was able to get all my arrangements done quickly and although I had a direct burial, I was able to have a brief viewing before the burial. Their viewing room was very lovely and homey and the viewing was perfect for my family's needs. Yoleida, the owner, and her daughter Stephanie, took care of everything for me and made a tough time alot easier. Gracias Yoleida por tu ayuda en un tiempo muy dificil, Virginia.

Valles funeral home was there for me in the most difficult time of my life, they have excellent service, expertise and patience. They helped me with my mother’s funeral and transportation of her body to the Dominican Republic in less than 2 weeks. I’m forever grateful for the help that yoleida Valles gave me in my time of need

All I can say is wonderful things about valles, from beginning to end it was amazing. Luis helped us and his attention to deal was exceptional! My fathers viewing was wonderful and the ceremony that the priest performed for my family was even better! Recommend to anyone who has to go through such a hard and difficult moment!

I can only leave positive feedback for Valles Funeral Home. They were extremely professional and understanding when my family & I went to prepare for what my brothers wishes were. We dealt with Yolie, who was sincere and honest and gave her opinion without imposing or forcing anything other than what we wanted. If you have a choice, choose ANYWHERE but this place. I’ll try to come up with a few words to describe the staff; rude, disrespectful, condescending, and worst of all, unsympathetic. When one needs to deal with a funeral homes, they’re already hurting. They don’t need these people to add to the trauma of losing a loved one. They’re so unprofessional that they spelled our loved ones name wrong on all the documentation. Can you imagine that? No apology. No offer to correct. In fact, the girl insinuated that it was our fault. Like I started with, if you have a choice. If you loved the person you’re there to make arrangements for, LOOK ELSEWHERE.
