The entire staff performed above and beyond their expected services to ensure we could stay focused on our precious granddaughter’s church service arrangements. We wanted to mention and single out by name, Mr. Brian Johnson. What an amazing representative of Eternity Funeral Home. Brian made our family feel like we were the most important family in the entire world. He shared our tears, our stories, worked with our family (after hours) to ensure all of our needs were met and the requires documents were appropriately submitted. Brian became a part of our family. He reached out providing love and emotional support during our hardest emotional moments. Ms Michelle and Nicole were also outstanding team players and provided superb administrative support and comfort. Our family will be forever gratefully to the entire staff for the love and care they expressed not only to our family, but most importantly towards are deceased granddaughter, Gabriella Reece.
