Both of them went above and beyond to help, provided referrals to other service providers as needed as well as handled the coordination of essentially the entire burial process. Bob's candor was very helpful to me navigating the details. Julie's compassion was heartfelt as she checked in on me the day I had to enter his house to begin a rough clean up process given he had passed in his house for some time before he was discovered.
