My father made arrangements for his cremation years ago. Marlon peavy tells me he has no record of his payment. Mr peavey also told me he had no record of cremating my mother. I gave him record on a death certificate. He has effectively taken money from my dead parents and we have made other arrangements with a different company. Very disappointed in the ability to keep records
