Monarch's website provides a link to order flowers online from Krystna Floral Designs. I ordered an arrangement for a Memorial Service. The flowers were delivered after the service was over and everyone had gone home. Krystna said she would credit my account but has not done so. I would not recommend using the link to order flowers from her.

Losing my dad, and so suddenly, was super hard. My mother was left without her husband, my siblings and me without a dad, and my son without his dear grandpa. The entire Monarch Funeral Home & Cremation Services family became my family during the hardest time of my life to date and I know that my family would say the same. Bill, the owner, is such a wonderful soul - so personable and warm and everyone that is a part of his team follows suit. My family and I love everyone there. They were always ready to help and to give. They were always so kind, understanding, supportive, and comforting. Pat, Shane, and Karen are theeee best! I met the beautiful ladies in Bill's life, his mom and his wife, Delight. They are a part of the team and they are just like Bill - the sweetest people you will ever meet. They are so supportive and proud of the man that Bill is... you can just tell and who wouldn't be? I can go on and on. I can not end without saying how beautiful the space is. It never had that sad funeral vibe and it smelled as grand and as beautiful as it looked. You can tell how much thought, love, and dedication went into making this space what it is. I've never heard of or seen any other funeral home like it and our seasoned pastor who has done hundreds of funerals was at a loss for words and said the same thing when he entered the space. There is a nice area with a bar to sit and convene and to dine after the service and the team caters to your every whim. You literally have nothing to worry about on the day, but to focus on celebrating the life of your loved one and the family and friends around you. The words have not been created yet that could describe how grateful I am to the Monarch family! Even after the funeral, my mom has been leaning on Bill for help with a few other things and he has made himself available every single time to be of assistance! Which business owner does that?? And, it's not that he isn't busy... he makes the time for you. You are not just a number to him or money in his pocket. Unlike other funeral homes, Monarch doesn't nickle and dime you and bombard you with stuff in a package that you don't even need. Their level of service, class, and commitment are unmatched and they are just remarkable! Thank you, Monarch! ❤ Forever grateful.

I went to Monarch knowing zero about what to do. I've never lost someone so close to me, my husband. Bill made us feel at home, like family.
Patrick gave us a jaw dropping tour. The setting was awesome for the ocassion, not "funeral-ly".

My dad passed away last week. It was unexpected, and absolutely heart-breaking. I was in New York, and had to find a funeral home the same night in Florida. The only reason why I have some sort of coherence right now to even write this review, is because Monarch’s presentation and care during my dad’s wake and funeral made a terrible time into somewhat of a beautiful last memory of him. Bill, Patrick, Kat, Karen, and staff—thank you; from the bottom of my heart, thank you for going above and beyond. My dad looked like himself, which was important to us. He is also FDNY, and Bill helped arrange for an honorable funeral. There were fire trucks, firemen, a flag over his coffin, and real fire truck equipment (hoses, etc) in the visitation room to honor my father and his passion for saving lives. Thank you for giving me and my family our last beautiful merry of Dad.

I lost my husband unexpectedly. It was my son who googled funeral homes and found Monarch. We toured and I was unexpectedly surprised how different the outside is from the inside. It is unlike any other funeral home I have been in, and it was perfect for my husband. The layout, the furnishings, the lighting, everything is beautifully coordinated and upscale. Bill and his staff were amazing and helped me through all aspects of the funeral. A month later, he is still helping me. Bill...I will always be grateful to you. Our son died suddenly. The grief and despair were overwhelming. We called around to a few different funeral homes. Our call to Monarch and the personal condolence call back from owner Bill Savino made it an easy decision to make sure we went to see Monarch. We found it to be the most beautiful, modern place for our son to be received. Their understanding, support and care towards our need was both comforting and genuine. They walked us through everything and far exceeded our expectations They were always available for requests and any changes and softened our pain and loss.
