Our family was so blessed by the phenomenal staff who took care of every single detail of our dad’s recent memorial service. Everyone in attendance commented to us on the kindness and professionalism that Claudia Perry, our family services counselor, displayed throughout the entire service. Her help and concern surpassed anything we could have ever asked for. Also thankful for Fiona Nicholson In Tallahassee who helped to coordinate our contact with Claudia. We simply could not be more grateful for the beautiful experience we had during a difficult time because of the attention given to us by their very exceptional staff.

Kraeer was very professional and considerate in arranging my mom’s funeral service and our needs. The funeral Director went over and above board to make sure we were satisfied with the service we received.

Bri and all of the staff at Kraeer were very professional, respectful, attentive and caring at all times. I have never experienced a service in that manner. It was very personalized and intimate yet it was a relaxed setting.The pictures, props and music were an amazing touch that showed his life, interests and who he was. Because of that it made a difficult situation more at ease and memorable. I wouldn't of had it any other way. Thank you so much for everything.

I can’t say enough about the staff and how they handled the arrangements for our Father’s memorial service. Bri was so professional and kind and we felt like we were dealing with another family member. The planning process was smooth and easy. When you’re going through something like this, you don’t know what to expect and I am so pleased that everything went so well and our family felt genuinely cared for.

I don't even know where to begin. When I knew the passing of my father was close I contacted Kraeer Funeral Home in Margate and they were quick to respond with several options. I was assured my choices were accepted without judgement and they were ready to assist me through a very difficult and sad time. Brianna was amazing! She was truly compassionate, kind and understanding to all my concerns. She went above and beyond multiple times when I’m sure she didn’t need too but still, she went the extra mile to ensure the celebration of my dad’s life was stress free and peaceful as possible. Joe, Debra and Majib were the same way. They were quick to respond to an email, answer questions or explain what was going to happen at the cemetery site. None of them EVER seemed overwhelmed, frustrated or put out by all the questions or needs that arose. They graciously, even happily, worked to ensure everything was going well. Even my young adult children noticed their professionalism and hard work, that speaks volumes. Even though I don’t live in Margate, I HIGHLY recommend Kraeer Funeral Home to anyone who has lost a loved one. These folks treat your loss like it was their own. Thank you doesn’t even begin to cover my gratitude for each of them. Keep up the great work guys, you truly are a gem in a very sad business.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at Kraeer Margate that guided me through this difficult process. Eva , Natalia, and Joe treated myself and my family as if we were family. The displays for my husband at the service were unbelievably beautiful and the room with memories dedicated to him were very comforting. All of the staff were kind and professional and I cannot thank them enough.

The staff was very empathetic, organized and professional. Walked us through the process and explained every last detail involved in putting a loved one to rest. I never felt pressured to make a decision. The director gave me the time I needed to make my decision. I will be eternally grateful for their help and guidance. This is the most compassionate funeral home I have ever deal with they make the process painless and comfortable for you and your loved ones.
