1STOP Clarinet & Sax Shop

Google's information indicated this seller advertised the item I wanted with no tax or shipping charges. I placed the order to find on the last screen that they had added shipping and there was no way to back out of the order. Several E-mails to the seller went unanswered. The item took 2 weeks to arrive (way to long in my opinion). Checking out the packaging - I noticed they charged me almost twice the actual charges they paid to send it.

I'm given this place a FIVE STAR because of two reasons: The TWO people that gave it a ONE STAR for the most petty reasons. For a store to be closed when you arrive probably doesn't happen all the time, that's life. Also the one about the shipping charges, read the order info closer next time. It wasn't fair to give this Music Store those low ratings for petty issues as those.

Please do not call this number they give you….. IT IS MINE and for years now I’ve gotten dozens of not 100s of calls for this place and sadly I cannot help anyone
